Among the injuries I sustained, the most significant were skull base fractures and fractures of my orbit, which led the emergency doctors to diagnose me with traumatic optic neuropathy. After consultations with maxillofacial specialists and ophthalmologists, I was told I was legally blind, 20/230, and that this was now my life. Devastated, I reached out to Dr. Lin who was highly referred by a longtime family friend. She felt he and his team should see me and offer other opinions. While Western medicine may refer to Dr. Lin as a "physical therapist," I don't think that language fully defines what he does. At our first meeting, he was gentle, attentive, and deeply aware of my condition. His method is difficult for me to fully articulate, but it was unlike anything the physicians I had seen before had provided. Dr. Lin created a treatment plan in collaboration with his in-house acupuncturist, Dr. Park, and the two of them treated me in concert. I visited them about once a month. Dr. Park performed acupuncture targeting specific hemispheres they agreed would be beneficial, while Dr. Lin used manual techniques, pressing, pulling, and adjusting different parts of my face and body. One moment stands out clearly in my memory. As Dr. Park had acupuncture needles placed in the points she selected, Dr. Lin pressed a section of my face under my eye with significant pressure. The instant he released, my nasal passage cleared dramatically. I had been so focused on my vision that I ignored other parts of my body that also needed attention. This is what impressed me most: their understanding of the interconnectedness of the human body, and the way each system affects the next. Even though I came in focused on a single issue, they recognized that other problems could be developing or stagnating and that treating one area would likely set off a domino effect. They addressed everything collectively rather than isolating one symptom. Dr. Park also gave me homework: changes to my diet, foods to avoid, preferred cooking methods, and even the temperature of liquids I should consume. Detailed instructions that had never been offered nor had I considered. Western medicine had only offered me chemical treatments or surgeries to remove or implant. Dr. Lin was one of the few who was relieved I had not had a surgery and was not taking medication. In my most desperate moment, when the reality of vision loss was fresh and overwhelming, they helped keep hope alive. I am happy to say that I have since improved to 20/40 vision. Slowly, every day I feel a little better. I am not claiming that Dr. Park and Dr. Lin performed miracles. What I do believe is that the treatment they provided stimulated something meaningful in my recovery. Maybe I would have healed to this extent without them, maybe not. But I wholeheartedly feel that their treatment encouraged my body to heal itself. I am four months removed from the incident, I have my vision back and I feel great. Recovery is not complete, but I am in a place now that my Ophthalmologist told me never to expect. Thank you to both Dr. Lin and Dr. Park. I could not be more grateful.

Miracle of miracles, Dr. Mansdorf is a 5-star doctor just about a mile from our home! The office is cozy and comfortable, staff is super friendly, professional and welcoming. And the star of the show, Dr. Mansdorf, is how you hope every physician will be ... kind, concerned, caring, informative. Took his time with my husbands issues and assessed him for potential concerns that we hadn't considered. His rates are very reasonable, IMHO. He took a good half hour, maybe longer, with my husband. So glad we didn't settle for an appointment further down the road, in both time and distance. Highly recommend this excellent physician.

She had seen so many podiatrists over the years for various issues (orthotics, bunion, bone spur, flat foot, bents toes, you name it) and none have come close to helping her as much as Dr M has. He spent 1.5 hours during her first visit listening to all her ailments, treatments she's had from other doctors, and getting to the root of her issues. He patiently listens to her rambling and going off topic too. He explains everything clearly and gives options within patient's financial means, surgical tolerance and allows as many questions as you want to ask. He is also not the kind of doctor who will suggest things so he can make extra money. We have been back multiple times and have never felt rushed during any appointments. The front desk staff is awesome too! Never a billing issue or booking issue. He is my mother's podiatrist now but if I ever need one, he will be mine too!

Negligence, lies and excuses. Stay away!…read more 3 months after I was told by Dr Roshan I would be getting a call in 10 days to schedule surgery, their circus of a back office, after a series of documented lies and massive clerical errors, called me with a surgery date. They gave me 1 week to complete my pre-op which I did in 24 hours. Then, approx 48 hours before the surgery, they called to check a few things and she verified my weight. I am a former Division 1 offensive tackle who is 6'7". Long short, I've been in his office twice for visits and had 2 telemeds, wrote my weigh on my intake and had them record it twice. Suffice it to say, I've put on about 10-12% since my Driver's License days. Up and to 48 hours prior to my surgery they, for some inexplicable and negligent reason they had been using DL weight as my offical weight amd somehow, 22 1/2 hours, the physical person that had been standing in front of who had followed every step and procedure, now could not be operated on?!?!?!? STAY AWAY. Dr.Roshan is either oblivious or complicit at this point as they scrubbed my surgery then gave me the amazing bedside manner of a.telemed call 5 days later... we will see if that happens. Meanwhile I have not had my normal pain injections the past 6 months while they have been stringing me along the whole.3 month time-frame "we should know something in the next day or 2". The number of messages I have from their Clinic Manager along the line "get back to you by" X time only to have me call 24-48 hours after. I am a former Division 1 offensive lineman. Our team orthopedic doc was previously the head of the USOTC orthopedic medicine. This is not a fly by night review from a disgruntled patient. This has been a cavelcade of errors since I walked out of my initial consult. I have been suffering immense pain. They care about that, what they don't care about is their series of tragically simple unforced errors that find me 3 months later discs still herniated spurs still pinching my spine. Bottom line, it started out with so much hope. 3 months later, there really is no end in sight, not with these folks anyway...just
