The previous homeowners had four (!) dogs, and while the place looked clean, there was an unmistakable dog/pee smell lingering throughout the house. Our giant microfiber couch was probably a couple years overdue for a regular cleaning, so Nick had his work cut out for him. About four days after Troy came in and did his Oxi Fresh thing, our place smells fresh, and the only dog smells are from our own pups that have since moved in. The carpets are super clean, and I really feel like Troy earned every dollar that we spent on the cleaning (around $300-ish for a pretty large house). He worked really hard and spent extra time to take care of any spots that he could tell were popular pee spots. Since we did a pretty deep clean, it took about 30 hours for our carpet to dry after the treatment. Troy did successfully upsell me on an extra carpet deodorizer due to our dog smell situation, but that was the right move for our place. He went crazy with it the first day he came in, and he said if we still had some stank two days later, he'd come back and do another round for free. And that's exactly what he did. That second round REALLY smelled somewhere between baby powder and AXE body wash, but I think it was ultimately what we really needed to get our place smelling fresh. How well did the Oxi Fresh cleaning take out the stank and clean our stuff? We have two male dogs ourselves and after moving into a house that had 4 dogs that apparently peed on the regular throughout the house, our dogs haven't yet peed in the house. That's nothing short of a miracle. Our couch is back to its normal clean self, and it softened up as Nick said it would after all the cleaning products had dried. Troy and Nick both did a great job, and it was cool to see how much work they put in for a thorough cleaning. We have our own carpet cleaner machine, and there's no question that the Oxi Clean treatment was worth it for our place. I'm sure we'll do it again sometime soon!

I'm sure they're fine for carpet cleaning but DO NOT TRUST HAMEED WITH YOUR ORIENTAL RUGS. I…read moretrusted them with my $8,000 antique Turkish rug, a 30-year family heirloom. Instead of cleaning it themselves, they secretly outsourced it to another company I had specifically avoided. For nearly two weeks, I had no idea where my rug even was. When I picked it up, no one mentioned any issues -- but at home, I unrolled it to find a large bald spot stripped of pile. The "before" photos they eventually provided showed normal wear, nothing close to the damage it has now. Worse than the damage was the dishonesty. My refund requests were ignored, and instead they pressured me to let them "fix" it by dyeing it darker. It took him DAYS to send me the before photos. They even called from multiple numbers trying to come to my house after I refused. This experience was unprofessional and shady. I trusted them with something valuable and sentimental, and that trust is gone. Don't make the same mistake I did.
