My mother in law is currently at this facility for rehab after knee replacement. The experience has not been very favorable. I will say that the speech therapist and physical therapist seem to be very kind and thorough, and one of the nurses/CNAs was very kind as well. They do have a large gym area for physical therapy. The facility, however, is depressing. When you enter, the lobby looks lovely with wood floors and a piano. The front desk staff range from mildly friendly to apathetic. On a recent visit a staff member was slurping soda through a straw from a can and just glared at us as we signed in without saying a word. As you move further from the lobby, however, the wood flooring is replaced with linoleum and the place looks increasingly dilapidated. The first room mom was placed in had a leaking HVAC unit with tons of towels piled under it apparently to soak up the leak. Gross. Eventually she was moved to a better room. And the food - yikes! Do they even have a dietician at this place? One dinner was a cheese enchilada - is that even a balanced meal? Last night it was a sad looking sausage sandwich with the driest and most over cooked french fries that you can possibly imagine. Anway, I guess she is getting the physical therapy which is the reason for being at TLC. But don't expect much more in terms of comforts... read more

This place should be condemned and torn down. I have volunteered at animal shelters that are cleaner than this place. I posted a video of the actual room my friend is in. It makes my skin crawl when I go visit him. I believe they have painted over mold in the bathroom. I couldn't tell you what year the place was last cleaned. This didn't happen overnight. Yesterday, (4/5/26) I called my friend to check on him and asked him how breakfast was. It was around 9:30 a.m.. He said he hasn't been served breakfast. He said they didn't mind flipping on the lights and waking him up at 5 a.m. saying, "I'm going to clean you up and change your bedding before your family gets here and complains". He told them to get out and turn out the lights. They came back in and changed his sheets at 9:16 a.m.. How do I know you ask? They literally write the date on whatever they do, i.e., put a bandage on, change a bandage, change the sheets, etc. I digress, back to breakfast. I told my friend I just need to get dressed and then I'll go get him a great breakfast. I got to his room around 10:30-10:45 a.m. with breakfast. They still had not brought him a tray. The nurse practitioner had come the day before and said he needs to be in the wheelchair a good part of the day and scoot himself around to build strength back up in his legs. So when another mutual friend showed up, we went to the desk to see if someone could come put him in the wheelchair. When someone showed up, I asked why at 11 a.m., had he still not been served breakfast? The employees response, "well he doesn't eat it anyway!" Not, oh my gosh, I'm so sorry, let me go get him something. I told them it is normal for him to let it sit awhile and then pick at it but that's his choice. They literally deprived him of food that morning. Remember, this is a human being, a senior citizen who is quite sharp but got an abscess that landed him in the hospital near death. He was diagnosed with sepsis from a grapefruit sized abscess on the back of his neck. After 5 nights in the hospital, he was transferred to TLC Care Center. His sister had been given a tour of the facility the day before. This was a hospital recommendation. They showed her some nice areas and even a nice vacant room. When they arrived at 1 a.m., they set him up in a room and slapped a diaper on him. His sister just broke down into tears when she saw this room. It was nothing like the room they showed her. As you will see in the video, it is disgustingly filthy. There is no way this room would pass a health inspection. Again, this is a man that has dignity, and although he can't walk alone, he wanted to be able to use the restroom to relieve himself. In the hospital, he'd had a catheter and used a bed pan for his other business. He now needed to use the restroom to do all of his business. He asked for assistance to the restroom and was told, "well, you have a diaper on, just go!" He was mortified. Once he did his business, he asked to be cleaned up. He was told he isn't the only one there. His sister said she wasn't leaving until they cleaned him up. He sat there in his own feces for an hour. His sister spent the whole next day with him and found out the care was as bad as the unsanitary conditions. This facility was one of two places recommended because he needed a facility that could take care of the drain that had been placed in the back of his neck where the abscess was. That didn't turn out well either. His sister had to go back to her home state, to a husband who had just had reconstructive surgery the day before her brother had called in critical condition. She had already left him alone for 7 days. She called and checked on her brother the next day. He still had not been showered or helped out with basic hygiene care. He had not been able to shower the five days he was in the hospital and he had now been at this facility for four days. He desperately wanted a shower. His sister reached out to a mutual friend and asked if she would go to see what is going on and why he isn't being taken care of. When she arrived and asked why he had not had a shower in four days, she was told he had had one the night before. He said he absolutely had not been given a shower, which was evident. Then she was told that showers are only given twice a week on certain days. She said, "well you better make an exception and get him a shower." They finally helped him to the shower. Us two mutual friends have been showing up just to make sure some of his basic needs are met, i.e., food, water, shower, a clean diaper while his sister is back home, tending her husband. The next day, someone came to get him for PT. They told us it was for 30 minutes. From the time he got wheeled out to the time he got wheeled back into the room, it was exactly 20 minutes. I guess what I'm saying is, if you want a clean, sanitary, well staffed place for your loved one, look elsewhere. read more

I'm honestly really disturbed after seeing the viral TikTok video going around about this place. After reading through other reviews here, it doesn't seem like this is just a one-time issue either--it feels like there's been ongoing problems for a while now. Something seriously needs to change. There should be stricter hiring practices, better background checks, and more oversight of the staff. Families trust facilities like this to care for their loved ones, and that trust is clearly being broken. The lack of accountability is frustrating, and it's even more upsetting that there hasn't been a clear response addressing what happened. The public deserves answers, and more importantly, residents deserve to be treated with dignity and respect at all times. My godmother was put in this facility ONLY because it was the only location that claimed they could accommodate her need for a BiPAP machine. She arrived on 1/27/26. On Tues, 2/03, after my nightly visit, my poor Godmother was short of breath due to her COPD. She was pushing her nurse-call button for 3 HOURS! She later told me that the night staff had her and her roommate sharing ONE oxygen tank. They were taking turns using the same tank & mask!!! Not one staff member came in to check on her. NOT ONE! The following evening when I went to visit, I spoke to a very kind nurse named Tina. She informed me of the incident and advised me to immediately file a complaint w/ the Director of Nurses, Grace. On Wednesday morning, 2/04 i called and spoke w/ the "director of Nurses" to express my concerns and outrage regarding the shameful neglect shown by the night staff . She assured me the issue would be addressed immediately and that she would keep me updated. Conveniently, later that same day, I received a call, from a VERY RUDE nurse stating they were sending my godmother to the Hospital, as they were not able to provide the oxygen she needs. SHE WAS SENT TO THIS FACILITY SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE HER NEEDS!!!!!!!! One star rating is TOO HIGH.. I'd give them ZERO if I could! I need to share what happened to my beloved 83-year-old mother so no other family has to go through this nightmare. She was placed at TLC for physical therapy after she broke her hip, where they failed to provide basic care. They barely gave her physical therapy, left her in soiled diapers without cleaning her properly, and one day she fell from her bed because they didn't have the rails up - sending her to the ER with a head injury. The social director Michelle then pushed a man named Phil on me, saying my mother had to leave because her Medicare was up. Phil recommended a place called Winwood Care Home. He claimed it was licensed. Desperate to find care, I trusted them. It was the worst mistake of my life. At Winwood, the owner Angie was only interested in getting my mom's wallet and payment. In just a few short weeks, they overmedicated my mother so severely she could no longer talk. I overheard a caregiver named Annabella verbally abusing her while I was on the phone. My mother endured horrific neglect, starvation, and mistreatment until the end of her life. This is elder abuse. Please , be careful where you place your loved ones. This place is horrible!!!! They don't care for the patients like they should as far as true quality care and they dont care for their staff. They assign staff 20 plus patients per person which makes it hard for patients to get the individual quality care that they truly need. Do not send your love ones here. upon walking in from a long drive from San Diego, this place is a total dive, and the staff there does not want to be there. The front desk doesn't even say hello to you. You have to sign in and prod where to go upon walking into my brothers room, the room was totally disheveled shorts down at the photo of the bed shirt behind the bed on the ground just hanging off the bed (which I found out we're not even his clothes), top dentures just sitting out on table, pillows on the ground to the back of the room, food all over my brother and him talking, incoherently and hallucinating and seeing people who weren't there and mumbling words that could not be understood. He was agitated and trying to pull out things trying to get up, but he couldn't. He was grabbing the food that was on the tray with his fingers and trying to put it into his mouth, but his hands were shaking, a nurse walked in and said they had to change his linens nine times and he kept pouring water over his head. Another nurse came in and they said they just got on shift and they've never seen him before so I said to help him and they said they would call the doctor, but that was taking too long, so I called 911 and got him over to Henderson Hospital. The longer my brother was in that state which I've never seen him in before, the more chances he would've been a vegetable permanently or dead. At Henderson Hospital ER they found he had a severe UTI infection, acute metabolic and encephalopathy, respiratory failure with hypoxia, and dehydration. A 5-Star shout out to nurse Kristen at TLC, who was very attentive and helpful and knowledgeable. She was the one that cared the most. Because of her dedication and care my brother was able to recover at Henderson Hospital. The other nurses were unsure what to do and just looked dumbfounded at me. I heard many remarks from people and paramedics that said, "I would not put my loved one here". This place is understaffed and horribly leaving people alone too long who desperately need care. The facility does what it wishes, even after dings by the state. As you walk the facility halls you will see fall risk patients pushing other patients, you will see patients hanging off the bed and yelling with call lights on and nobody bats an eye. When you arrive two patients will be outside in front of the facility smoking like its a bar parking lot. Most of the CNAs are under paid with little vacation due to corporate taking over from what I've been told, so yes you are greeted with bad attitudes and worn out workers. The skeleton crew is what they run on nightly. Reception evening lady is friendly. No certified person handling smoke breaks as I watch a patient drop ash on his shirt and get burned, A patient has caught fire once before where STATE seen it, and didn't follow through with the facility. if you see rapid decline you should know why, hydration carts are few and far between not sure if they have hydration logs but I know the book would be cooked on that one, they cant even give the patients bathes, and if that's so what makes you think they are tracking your loved ones fluids? my loved one has been there a while and I will tell, they had a patient choke on sugar packets in the lobby and die! read more

My daughter was released to their care on Tuesday, 26 August get in the room. It's completely filthy and I mean bad blood on the bar in the bathroom fecal matter completely filled to the brim in the bathroom. I tried to clean it myself, but it started to overflow because it was plugged. Everything is completely rundown and not even cared for. I had a sibling staying here and I missed 2 calls from them while I was working. I called back to let the front desk know and she says "I don't know who called you sorry I can't help. " she didn't ask for my name or if I had family staying there. So unprofessional. I let her know I had a sibling there and gave her their name. She placed me on hold and kept coming back asking how to spell the name 5 different times. After 15mins she then transferred me to admissions who was able to assist me. read more

I really wish i could rate this place a zero. My mom just had a major back surgery. As soon as you walk in, the front of the house looks beautiful. Once you start walking down the halls, it's straight out of a horror movie. The smells, the lighting, almost as if someone is going to jump out in front of you. I asked the nurse in the hallway what room my mom was in because the lady at the front desk gave me the wrong room number, the nurse responded "Oh she's in room blah blah but she's saying she wants to leave. if she refuses to stay, we can't help her with anything. we can't even walk her outside" Not only that, once i got to my mom's room, she had explained to me that the nurse herself had told her to not expect any kind of help because "it's one of me against 53 patients " they had her walking on a shower chair & expected her to pee in the shower all over her legs. RIDICULOUS!!!! there was blood on the walls in her room, food caked into the remote to her bed, no rails whatsoever to help her. Later to find out the nurse had told her that she wouldn't be getting any kind of service until Tuesday, May 27th. Mind you, this is on Sunday, May 25th. I can't even begin to explain the disappointment I had. On top of that, they somehow lost the walker that my mom was sent with from the hospital by her physical therapist. It was disgusting. I read other reviews online that had pictures attached, bugs in the drinks, elderly people in soiled diapers for more than 24 hours to the point of infection/hallucinations to due poor care. It's an old facility, smells musty, the level of care is pretty bad. I was told multiple times, "Oh well, he's going to be in pain due to his condition, nothing we can do." "He's not my only patient." Nurses don't like to be approached to ask a question. Nurse Layne will actually huff and puff, make a face and ask "Now, What?!" I asked what time meds will be administered and Nurse Erin said to the CNA "just ignore her". They will purposely make you wait out of spite. They don't pick up phone calls after hours. It's sad watching your loved one press the call button and no one showing up. Tried to get the Director of Nursing and Social Services to do something but things are still the same. The state does advocate for you, not sure if that complaint made it worse :( Poor care is not a reason for insurance to approve a transfer. They are definitely understaffed on the nursing side. Family can't do much other than watch and complain and see nothing happen :( read more

It was a freaking dive, the care was horrendous the staff was offensive and incompetent and the food was horrible with NO nutritional value! The doctor we had and OT , PT and ST were all good . Thank God . They are also not apart of the facility itself . I'll start with the few positive things which were the food was decent and there are a few good souls in this god forsaken place . In the 10 days before I demanded discharge due to no reason to continue to witness the neglect , abuse and unprofessionalism not one more second . The toxic environment is impossible for a healthy person to tolerate much less a disabled elderly with dementia . I personally witnessed neglect to my father due to nurses just quitting and walking off the job . We are there due to UTI that almost killed my father and they didn't come for 5 hours even after I called to change my father . When the nurse arrived I stated why has no one been in here for over 5 hours . She stated the nurse just quit that works this area . Well she heard a few unkind words from me . I removed my father as soon as we could possibly get out of there . So much miscommunication , unsafe environment all the way around from unsanitary to protection of patients , cameras don't work . Everyone over worked understaffed and spending more time complaining and being bitter instead of doing their job ... Patients not being checked on at all . Do not bring your loved one here ... Oh and a virus breaks out ... Imagine that as we are there ... Unbelivable to actually witness all the abuse , neglect and unsanitary conditions in this facility . It should be shut down ... Do not EVER go to TLC! The nurses here have no compassion. I've been here five days, and not once has anyone said hello or asked me how I'm doing. Instead, they come in shouting and barking orders like I'm a third-grader. Also, it has taken an average of 40 minutes for anyone to answer when I buzz for them. The food is awful. This place was not the best for my parent. Purity is the only nurse who cared. Other nurses would leave my parent in their diaper for an hour a lot of the times. This place seemed to be poorly Managed and the morale of the staff seems down. The PT was great however it didn't seem like the best situation for them to be staying at. I was admitted in January 2023. I was in a fog, not having the ability to speak for myself. My family took turns to come and speak on my behalf. The nurses were fantastic. They are very personal and loved the support my family was giving. Eventually I came out of the fog and was unable to walk. These nurses and others not pictured would bring breakfast to my room in the morning and after they would help me get dressed, put me in my wheelchair and I would wait for physical therapy. Thank you, Kristin, Lisa, Ann and Ryan on the observation wing. And to Lucy, Nicole and Mina in the 900 wing. You always made yourselves available to me. I felt very comfortable with all of them. If something like this is ever needed again please admit me to TLC CARE CENTER! And now for the Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy teams. From the beginning to the discharge they never gave up on me. In the beginning I was unable to stand on my own strength. After 2 months I was able to rebuild enough of the muscle in my legs to walk again with a walker. They new that I wanted to be able to g9o home to my own house. They understood and really worked with me and taught me many new techniques. They gave me my life back. Many thanks to the fantastic Occupational Therapy team also. I was taught to the control with my personal hygiene everyday. I was taught to dress and undress myself, I was taught how to use the commode and take a shower sitting on my own. I wish to thank Roy, Rex, Ernie, Vadi, Val, Wendell, Jheeza and to anyone else who worked with me. I also need to thank my Social worker Melissa and my Charge Nurse Sheree. My dad's been admitted here for 3 months. Since getting discharged from this facility, my dad still has ended up back in the hospital multiple times and because of the severe infection that was cause in this facility on his amputated left leg, till this day, I don't know what kind of care they given my dad. If I go into further details, it'll just be a novel. I've tried to get in contact with the Director of Nursing, POI... through email as she states to "Please contact me at anytime" and when I given her my concerns about what I see, I get left on ignore. My dad passed away a day before thanksgiving this year 11.22.23. We thought he would make it with us through the holidays, but his time got cut short. Yes, he's not suffering and in pain anymore but it hurts to see the damage and care some of the healthcare individuals would leave your love ones in. (I just wanna give my thanks and mention these employees I wanna recognize that's been helpful) Leanne, transportation scheduler is the only person that's been very helpful for me when my dad was admitted. She went above and beyond just by communicating with me and getting me the help I needed for my dad when it wasn't her job. Noni, the CNA was also very helpful and kept my dad clean at all times when he was there. I was always comfortable when I knew she was working. She also assisted my mom when visiting my dad. Debra the nurse in 100 hall was the only nurse that gave it to me straight as I checked up on my dad at all times she was working. read more

My grandmother has been at TLC for four days. During this time she has been treated poorly. She has three broken bones including a broken knee, leg, and sternum. She has been told that she is receiving pain meds when she in fact had not. Leaving her to lay there for over 24 hours in excruciating pain. She is 90 years old. The place is FILTHY. She was told she was being taken out to smoke only to be parked in a wheelchair in a room full of others at 2pm when smoking time starts at SIX. They planned on leaving her there for FOUR hours. When she complained, they parked her outside of the door of her room for an additional 45 minutes.. while she was weeping from pain (because she was refused pain medication) they asked her what she was crying about and told her that she better get comfortable because she will be there awhile. She was not given a nicotine patch. Every single person was a temp employee that I spoke with (4 nurses in total) and there is ZERO knowledge about my grandmother or her medical needs. Her room was a hot as a furnace.. no one cared. This is elderly abuse. I called FIFTEEN times to check on her condition and no one answered the phone over a period of 2 hours in total. On the following day one person answered only to tell me that they are in a shift change and will call me back.. which they did not. She had to use the restroom and needed assistance.. the nurse left her in there for an hour before the nurse came back. She was unheard and dismissed the entire time... every time she asked for coffee she was given cold water. Food is inedible. The whole place smells like urine. These patients are being taken care of by neglegent, uncaring staff, and upper management. When she has finally had enough she asked for papers to sign herself out... the nurse told her that if she left on her own accord that insurance would not cover her bill at all. This is a complete lie. Not only would they cover it but they would provide a home nurse and home physical therapist. Previously when she asked the doctor when she could go home his reply was, stop asking me that... it was her first time asking the question. This is ELDERLY ABUSE. I can't even begin to imagine what it's like for the poor people in there who can't advocate for themselves. The executive in charge is a complete moron. He needs to learn how to run a facility, and has ZERO business being in charge of the health needs of others. This place should be shut down. Please do not send your loved ones here! read more

I'll start off by saying F this place!!! My dad got a blood infection (Staph) while being here which developed into endocarditis and is now fighting for his life!!!!!! They never did blood cultures while he was here otherwise they could of caught it early!!! Not to mention no silverware or warm blankets were provided and he only got 15 minutes a day with physical therapy!!! What kind of bs is that? 15 minutes a day is nothing!! They just want your $$$$ and don't care about you!! I will be reporting this place because they don't need to be taking care of anyone because they could care less! read more

I wrote a review recently about TLC. I want to add perhaps my final thanks on behalf of my Brother-in-Law, Gene E. and all of our family. When we left we forgot to pick up all of his discharge paperwork which we needed for the follow up with my B-I-L's primary doctor and home health care. Actually, I am kinda glad we did as it gives me another chance to personally thank someone I did not recognize prior. Sheree was originally the charge nurse who worked with Gene. Later she became his case-worker. As his nurse we always had a great working relationship with her. She was always kind and professional and communicated with us often about Gene's status. She listened carefully to our questions and concerns and followed up with us as needed, re-assuring us often when we sometimes worried about Gene's seemingly slow recovery. When we realized that we had forgotten Gene's Paperwork we immediately contacted Sheree who, despite a very busy schedule (we know how hard she works) said she would be happy to email them to us so we did not have drive back to the facility. She actually took the time to scan each page and then send them to us by email! We cannot thank her and everyone at TLC enough for demonstrating such professionalism and care even after Gene was discharged. Thanks Sheree, you are the best! Not a place for any loved ones to experience or yourself to experience & see the lack of caring in this place. I must say for some of the Nurse's/CNA were awesome very caring but the rest shouldn't even be there. Physical therapy & Occupational therapy excellent job They were awesome they were there because they loved doing what they do hands off to all of that part of team.As far as the place up & running the office on up people who are the head should look after their facility and all their workers to make sure their facilities are running smoothly and patients are really in good hands. Because with our experience being there was very poorly poorly sad from maintenance to cleaning to even their laundry restocking no clean linens & so on.I can go on&on just seeing my loved one in there for weeks.I don't know how & why they still up & running.It's probably because they make money off of these insurances but so sad to see a place like that up & running.Very bad place to even be in....Covid on top of everything else people not isolated & why are they roaming around not being isolated just being with masks??Just so very sad very sad to see a place like this up&running...poor ratings I wish I could give a no star read more

1. my elderly mothr was there after a round of antbiotics 2. got defucuieere3 2. the socio wlkrer was soo rudr 3. she kept talking over me 4, my mom's nighmare is being stuck in a place like that. she made me promise (when she wor more cogitively aware to protect her from this place) 5. each time i stated this (i am the guardian), the social worker would ask, who are you? then she'd look in the folder (we were on phone) but haha lady - you called me = you knew who i was. 6. then she would me why in ask me why my was diff my mother has a wonder room at acacia springs (they even let her paint her room there & she wants to go home there) thewere the staff is wonderfful tere. hh this lady was doing everythig possible to block my mothers return. read more

This is the worst place I've ever been inside of in this city. It pays so little and in return the patients get treated poorly.management has no idea how to talk to their subordinates. Everyone working there is miserable most new hires don't last a week. The rest quit after their first couple paychecks. read more

I wish I could rate this facility 0 stars. My grandfather was taken here after a car accident. He needed surgery on his SPINE and legs. Do you think the nurses provided appropriate care? Absolutely not! They let the poor man sit in his own feces for DAYS. PLURAL. He could have developed an infection and died. It's as if they hired people who didn't graduate from nursing school. It's either that or they hired people who specifically have malicious intentions for patients because I cannot believe educated nurses would neglect a patient so severely if they knew the consequences. If I could give zero stars I would I would not send an animal to Tlc the nurses are overworked and don't care the CNA's have their headphones in their AirPod then they don't give a shit either. Administration sucks Director of nursing has no idea that she has such nurses that are lazy uncaring and incompetent and inefficient. I don't know why any Doctor, nurse, aids, whatever want to be associated with this facility. Medicare needs to look at how people are treated, items are stolen, as well as Medicare fraud. My husband was admitted to TLC. Unaware of how the rehab functions, made me sick to my stomach. Much of the Staff at TLC is incapable of taking care of the patients. The floors are filthy, the facility isn't clean, & when there is a shift change, the nurses don't do a thing to make u feel comfortable. I laid in my own feces for 2 hours. The food isn't fit for human consumption. I could go on & on about TLC. I feel sorry for the patients that are there now. TLC needs to be shut down. TLC is an awful place to be to get well/rehabilitated!! read more

The ONLY reason I even give two stars to this facility is due to their good therapy department. Their CNA's are very poor. I was told to quit drinking water so that i wouldnt pee so much even though I was on a diaretic. i was told i would only be changed every two hours and very degraded. you can never get good help especially at night. Their were only two very good CNA's, Anne and Kristen, if it werent for them I would have gone crazy! i would NEVER put a family member here unless you want them to be ignored and belittled. it was a degrading and terrible care facility! Also the chef at this kitchen should have to be forced to eat the food that looks and tastes like the way I imagine dog food tastes. However, their therapy department was very good and kind! Otherwise, i would give them negative stars. i beg you to rethink choosing this facility for your loved ones! read more

My experience on a daily basis has been wonderful. I love the activities and the social time with friends I have made. The nurses and staff are caring and kind. The dietician has made accommodations available for me to ensure my needs are met. Dr. Jorgensen is very approachable and listens to my concerns. Definitely this facility is a perfect fit for my needs! read more

Facilities are old but in pretty decent condition however the nurses and organization of the staff is terrible they don't help or attend no matter what and a lot have attitude that is ridiculous for a place that is supposed to be comfortable for residents trying to recover read more

My husband was sent to this...place...for respite for me. From moment one it was awful. The food wasn't fresh or nutritious, no one would help my husband get out of bed and into his wheelchair because he's a fall risk...that's why he needs help, he was left to sit in his own filth for 24+ hours, they had no urinals for patients who have "bags" and they drained his urine into a garbage can liner, he was almost given the completely wrong medicine (if I wasn't there he wouldn't have realized), he had no access to turn his lights off or on because the light switch is at the door, when we asked for a vomit bag, the caregiver made a disgusted face...you work in a nursing home, how dare you make a face at the idea of a patient vomiting. This was one of the most disgusting excuses for a skilled nursing facility...not skilled at all. The front when you walk in is nice, but the minute you head back...the smell, the dinginess, the people...all awful. Do not go here...ever read more
