Their repair was far more thorough than when we originally had the camper renovated two years ago. They also showed us other problems with the camper which they fixed. When I got it home the car started to over heat (which was not the reason I brought it in for). I realized all the radiator fluid had been removed from my car. I figured I would just bring it to my friend who was to busy in the first place to have it fixed. which he did. Then I got a bill from the Toybox stating I owe them 379.29. I called and asked why I would owe them for services that were never done. I was told I would get a call from the owner. 2 months later I get a call stating I better pay them there money and I told them over my dead body. Then today they are suing me for 379.29 for something I never even gave them the opportunity to screw up. I will see you in court happily with my attorney and my mechanic!

Since my need for a vehicle was imperative taking care on my conically ill son I had no urge nor extra money to go back to the repair facility to be told ''so sad to bad'' it has been 2 weeks of listening to it, which became to much, and I went back today. Brought my car in for an oil change, as I heard they offer cheap oil changes. They do their "free…read moreinspection" and tell me I need over $3,000 worth of work done and make me feel pressured to get it done right away. One of the things was a possible coolant leak. I didn't have the money to get everything done right then but I had the $100 to have them do the diagnostic check for the coolant leak. They come back saying no coolant leak, you were just low so we topped you off. Said I needed control arms and wanted $1,300 for that and when I said I didn't have the money and it would have to wait, the guy made the comment "well, good luck. Hope you can avoid those pot holes." Luckily I waited and got a second opinion from another shop. The other shop looked at my car/test drove it and asked why I felt I needed to bring my car in for these things and I told them Elvis Auto Service told me I had all these things wrong with it. This other shop said there's nothing wrong with my car. I didn't feel right leaving Elvis Auto and I knew I needed a second opinion. They were just a little too pushy about things. Never hurts to get a second opinion.
