She is extremely diligent in her practice and even recently went above and beyond for me to order a tier 4 prescription for me that was extremely time sensitive requiring a emergent prior authorization with insurance. This was not even her responsibility, but was put on her from one of my specialists. Her staff, her referral team, and herself really care for their people and do excellent work. Life in Harmony Chiropractic Wellenss Center is by far the most thorough and affective chiropractic care I have ever received! After typical paperwork, a thorough exam ensues, flexibility, range of motion, muscle strength, tightness, observation of areas of pain, muscle work and adustments which did not leave me in any pain or discomfort even after over a year without an adustment! Not only that, but the first treatment brought everything back to alignment! Usually, I get these kind of results after at least several adjustments over weeks! Nurse comes to the door and sees my bleeding thumb then informs me that their new "algorithm" determines if they let anyone in during the last hour of operation. That could be for too many patients in the queue or not enough. Given there was only one other car in the parking lot, I assume it was the latter. I asked the nurse if she could just look at it and determine if I needed stiches. "Nope." Apparently the medical oath of "Do No Harm" no longer applies to patients, just the bottom line. Ended up at the ER for 8 stitches @ $1100. Would have been less than half that at the urgent care facility which is the entire point of using an urgent care versus the ER.

The location is breathtaking with so many things to do on your down time. The staff and admin really go above and beyond to meet needs and do anything they can to help you out. The kitchen staff was amazing always doing what they could to make the best meals and meet as many people's needs as possible. The councilors were awesome even ones not assigned to myself were so helpful and caring. If you're there to get something out of the program you will bottom line you get out what you put in. Being able to hike boat swim fish and of course meet people that you always have things in common with is truly a blessing Bernadette and Travis were so helpful and constantly asking what they can do to help or meet needs. The lakes is an amazing place and program and it being coed and accepting couples is a game changer and makes it so unique compared to other treatment centers. Only three stars bc of the food restrictions (as in not a lot of snacks or care after your three…read moremeals) and one person that works in the kitchen. His name is Carson and he is extremely rude and distasteful to residents. Everyone knows rehab isn't the best place to be and in recovery your emotions are high, he has never once made me feel comfortable being in his presence, he is very unapproachable and breakfast is not thoughtful. Everyone else is great, RT, Eric and Gabbi in the kitchen are always helpful and willing to go above and beyond for residents, the RA's are amazing especially Falina she's helped me through my most emotional times and has always stuck up for us residents. Either way I'm grateful for the opportunity but just keep in mind we pay a lot to go to rehab and one person can ruin a reputation. P.s. this is not my real name as I don't like confrontation, but I really would just like someone to know my concerns.
