They thoughtfully included delicious mocktail options for our pregnant guests, which was such a wonderful touch. Their organization and preparation were impeccable. Drinks flowed all night, guests were happy, and they never ran out of anything. They were constantly one step ahead. Beyond their professionalism, Ro, Cara, and Devo are genuinely wonderful people. They are friendly, funny, engaging, and have the kind of personalities that instantly put guests at ease. That alone says everything about how special this place is to us. All the dishes I loved back then are still just as good now. The Hollenback burrito and breakfast burritos are longtime favorites, the queso and green chile are still some of the best I've ever had, and their refried beans are hands down the best anywhere. I think he had everything in there from seafood, chicken and sausage to veggies and of course rice. It was a great balance and I don't know what's in the broth, but it all came together beautifully. We all completely enjoyed the food and experience and what fun to have everything prepared right in front of us on our deck! Jesus cleaned everything up like he was never even there.
