We hired Ro, Cara, and Devo for our Halloween party last year, and they completely exceeded our expectations!!From the very beginning, they took the time to understand our guest count, helped determine exactly how much beer, wine, liquor, mixers, and supplies we would need, and even created a custom cocktail menu for the event. They thoughtfully included delicious mocktail options for our pregnant guests, which was such a wonderful touch. They arrived with absolutely everything--bar setup, cups, napkins, supplies, garnishes, and all the details I would have otherwise spent countless hours coordinating. Their organization and preparation were impeccable. Drinks flowed all night, guests were happy, and they never ran out of anything. They were constantly one step ahead. Beyond their professionalism, Ro, Cara, and Devo are genuinely wonderful people. They are friendly, funny, engaging, and have the kind of personalities that instantly put guests at ease. They helped keep the energy up, interacted with everyone, and even assisted with cleanup. It felt like having trusted friends who also happened to be incredible event professionals. They took so much stress off my plate and allowed me to actually enjoy my own party. That's priceless. We are already looking forward to having them back for our Halloween party again this year. Thank you, Ro, Cara, and Devo, for making our event such a success. You are truly amazing, and we can't wait to work with you again!

Leticia and Seby were excellent and very attentive to everything. Leticia was especially helpful and even stayed a bit later offering to help us take down tables and other things, which wasn't necessary because we had a crew of our own people there ready to do it.. She was outstanding. I really appreciated everything she did and also offering to help us after hours. I also appreciated the Event Coordinator's excpertise and help (Emily Delauter) in many areas, as I have never planned a big event before! She was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely use Twinleaf Caterers again should the occasion arise.

Tortillas were bad, off the shelf, tasting of chemicals. The refried beans were made from dehydrated bean flakes. The rice tasted like store bought microwave pouches. It was a rainy day but luckily we were able to convert from cooking on the patio to cooking in the garage. The food was amazing and it was the perfect get-together of friends, family, and amazing food. The best part was the crispy rice stuck to the pan afterwards. We will definitely be inviting Chef Jesus back for future events! It was great to hear how his family started this business, perfected the recipe, and how proud he was to share it with us. We definitely will keep PaellaDeliciosa and Chef Jesus in mind for upcoming events! There's an option to pick up the paella or have it cooked on-site. We loved the on-site option for us (he brings all the necessary equipment) but we'd definitely look into picking it up as well. We had about 20 guests, and despite people going back for seconds, had plenty of delicious leftovers afterwards.

I'm not much of a chef and it's hard to cook and entertain, so I needed something new and fun - paella and empanadas! Ordered beef and chicken empanadas which were served before dinner with chips, salsa, guac, and queso. Great start- yum! My favorite were the chicken, but the beef were also tasty. Jesus set up on our deck to cook the paella. He came with everything needed (i.e. propane, burner, giant pan, table, etc) and got right to it. Watching him put everything together white we were enjoying empanadas and some wine was completely enjoyable. Not only was the experience fun to watch, but the paella was delicious! I think he had everything in there from seafood, chicken and sausage to veggies and of course rice. It was a great balance and I don't know what's in the broth, but it all came together beautifully. We all completely enjoyed the food and experience and what fun to have everything prepared right in front of us on our deck! Jesus cleaned everything up like he was never even there. If you want something a bit more unique that I can almost guarantee everyone will enjoy, give this a try. Oh, of course there was too much food so we have leftovers which re-heat perfectly! Highly recommend!

He had a terrific team that kept people's glasses and belly's full. He even tasked someone to keep an eye on me and the groom, to make sure we were always well taken care of with a glass of wine, water, and snacks! (special shout out to the shrimp and grits appetizer) People were raving about the food afterwards, some even saying it was the best wedding dinner they've ever tasted. The food all came out on schedule and deliciously prepared. Overall, the day was so perfect, and Kevin's Catering was responsible for so much of that! I highly recommend working with him :)
