They are one of the few places with a no stress cancellation policy, as booking in the spring season can be tricky due to the unpredictable rainy weather. She made the process concise and smooth. On the day of the party, Stephanie and Steve arrived on site and quickly set up our combo moonbounce (with slide & hoop inside). They helped us secure our personal banner and were patient throughout the process. The moonbounce was a big hit for our kiddos and was the perfect size. Cash or check is preferred to avoid fees on either end - their prices are typical for the area. Definitely will use them again when we are in the market for a bounce house and highly recommend working with them.

From our very first…read moremeeting through the big day, my husband and I kept saying how grateful we were that we chose them. Corcoran handled both our catering and all of our rentals--and absolutely nailed it. The food was exceptional. We're still getting texts from guests saying it was the best wedding food they've ever had--some even said it was the best event food, period! We got compliments on everything from the starter salad to the passed hors d'oeuvres. I wasn't initially excited about the beer corn fritter, but it ended up being my favorite bite of the night. But what truly set our experience apart was working with Jordan. I honestly can't say enough positive things about her. She became like a second planner for us--offering expert guidance, always responding quickly and thoroughly, and saying yes to every single request with grace and positivity. I had so much trust in her judgment, and she never steered us wrong. One week before the wedding, in a moment of pre-wedding panic, I decided I wanted to change our napkin fold. Jordan didn't just talk me through options--she went to the showroom, set up our exact table settings, tested multiple options, photoshopped in our decor, and sent over a mini lookbook... only for me to choose the original one. That's the level of above-and-beyond care she provided. On the day of the wedding, I shared a special moment with Jordan about my grandmother, who had passed before the wedding. She held my hand, we shed a tear together, and I felt so supported and comforted by her presence. It meant the world to me. We will absolutely be recommending Corcoran--and specifically Jordan--to all of our friends getting married, as well as to colleagues planning corporate events at 101 Constitution, where we got married. If you're looking for a caterer and rental partner who will care deeply about your event and help bring your vision to life, choose Corcoran. And request Jordan!

They clearly don't work well together. Timeline of Issues: * June 2024: Tony provided a quote and contract for our wedding bar service (champagne, one beer, one specialty cocktail, and non-alcoholic beverages; we'd buy and deliver). Deposit sent. * January 2025: Email detailed drink selections and our plan to potentially rent glassware (as they only offered disposable). * March 2025: Communication turned cold. They claimed the original quote was only for champagne pouring and that our requests were outside the scope, despite months of clear communication. They insisted on a revised contract with an added fee, even though our needs hadn't significantly changed (we were even willing to forgo rented glassware). It seemed Larissa, who hadn't been involved initially, disagreed with Tony's pricing. * Late April 2025: We coordinated inventory drop-off with Tony (Chick-fil-A in Leesburg). When we inquired about a cocktail tasting, Larissa said we'd need to book a private event at a bar.
