The food was a huge hit--charcuterie and crab cakes for appetizers, followed by a buffet that included a fresh mixed-greens salad with berries and feta, tender beef with horseradish mousse, chicken piccata with lemon and capers, au gratin potatoes, green beans almondine, and saffron rice. Everything was flavorful, well timed, and beautifully presented. What really stood out was working with Lisa Sheppard and her team. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly calm throughout the entire process. It made such a difference on a busy wedding day to know we were in good hands.
