Location was convenient but be aware that as of 4/24/26 there is construction around the area so everything around was boarded up. The lady was super helpful and nice. Answered all my questions. NO FEES for exchanges. Meaning if you want to exchange $100 to whatever, you pay just that. No fee anymore which is great. She said they changed this about 2 years ago. This is only for locations in CA and a couple of other states. Great to have another option other than a bank and/or airport kiosks. Will be coming back if I want to exchange anything less than $100.
