I bought my first home in San Diego through Worldwide and met William for the first time. I was very impressed with him right away. He was very knowledgeable, sincere and had one goal in mind and that was to get me a loan. Even with a bankruptcy and a foreclosure that were only a year old the VA and William got me a loan. I was very happy. I thought I would never be a homeowner again. William did all the hard work. A few years later with the same hassle free and don't worry about it I will get it done, and he did. I recently wanted to install a solar system and I wanted to refi and take some cash out. I went to see William and it was like I just saw him yesterday. He greets me with that big smile and I knew right away William is going to take care of me again. I have to admit half the reason I use Worldwide for refinancing was just to meet William again. From the first meeting to closing was a little over two and a half weeks. For that matter the whole staff at Worldwide is great. They all greeted me with a smile and whatever they can do to make your visit pleasant. I whole heartly recommend Worldwide, you will enjoy the experience. And when you see William tell him Roy says hi. read more

William and team helped me close a refinance just this past week. As a result of their guidance and knowledge of the market, my loan terms are phenomenal - low fixed rate, shorter term, lower monthly. This refi is a long time coming. I started bugging William about a possible refi a couple years back. He was kind enough to look into potential terms but they weren't so great. William advised me to give it time, and gave me specific actions I could take to positively impact my refi terms, e.g. he gave me steps to take to get my credit score up and suggested affordable investments to make in my house that would have the biggest impact on its value. Knowing I was anxious to refi, William proactively ran the numbers for me and then reached out when he thought the time could be right to try again. Just like other reviewers mentioned, William, Tanya and Ximena truly treated me like family. The Mortgage Heroes made the typically intimidating world of home mortgages so much easier to navigate and understand. Thanks guys! You know I'll be back :) read more

Mr William and his team is the best mortgage lending company we have worked with. Working with them is the smoothest house buying experience we ever had. Normally house buying is kind of stressful but with them, no hassle at all, not a single sweat, ALL chilling and just waited to have our key. They took all the burden of dealing with all those documentation so we can focus of planning the move. If we'll be given the opportunity to buy another property, we will not think twice to use Mortgage Heroes. If we can announce to all house buyers or home owners who want to re-finance their property, letting Mr William's team handle it, will be the best decision those house buyers will be making. Besides from being the best lending company, Mr William has a contact and referrals for everything his clients may need and those referrals has good quality work as well, like Mr William. Mr William is the one stop shop you'll be grateful to work with. read more

Let me first start off by saying I am active duty Navy and I was stationed out of state when we decided to buy in California. I used my VA loan for this home and William and his team were able to give me the best rate out of 4 quotes. I was a little skeptical about getting the closing done on time using the VA loan but World Wide move quickly and efficiently. Very impressive and highly recommended. If you are looking for a mortgage loan and lender look absolutely no further this is it. The folks here at World Wide Credit Corporation are solid from start to finish so much so that you will not be able to keep up with their paperwork processing throughout the closing process. Their customer service and communication is top notch. You won't be disappointed. Call them and find out for yourself. Trust me. And I'm a pretty critical guy especially when it comes down to attention to detail, communication, knowledge, and customer service. read more

William and his team at WWC went above and beyond for me when it came time to secure my loan. As a single father of twins at the time I did not think it would be possible to own a home for my family and I. Other lenders were skeptical and reluctant to work with me but William welcomed me with open arms and laid out exactly what I needed to do to make things happen. It is that extra time and effort that he takes for his customers that sets him apart from the others. Big lenders will usually send you right out the door if they don't think that you will be an easy client. That is not the case at WWC! The whole team worked around the clock to make sure all of the bases were covered and I closed on my home in just 21 days! We actually moved in on my twins 4th birthday; that was the best gift that I could have given them and it was all due to work and dedication from the team at World Wide Credit!! read more

I would rate 10 Stars if it were possible! As a Realtor and homeowner, there are tons of lenders out there and William with his team at World Wide Credit are able to meet our needs as our lender when we purchased our home including a refi. On my Real Estate side, I recommend/refer all my clients to him, as I know he will take care of them just as well as he did with us, and give them that personal care that many lenders pass by. Teaming up with William for the past 5 years as my preferred lender, there was not one transaction that was in jeopardy of going South. The team made it smooth as possible, even when issues came about - worked through it - closed escrow on time! When you go with William and the WWC Team, you become Ohana (family) and when you have a mortgage lender that you can contact anytime with questions, that's the kind of Ohana you want in your contacts book! #speeddial read more

Wow I don't even know where to start.. As first time home owners, my wife and I had the greatest experience with Mortgage Heroes and their team. We had the pleasure of working with William Flores and his team. He treated us like family from beginning of the transaction, all the way to the close of escrow. Most knowledgeable person we've ever met in this business; this guy can do mortgage estimates in his head based on estimated monthly income. Anytime new news came up about our house (anything as small as a piece of lint at our front door step), we'd receive a phone call for our self awareness. We never had any questions because all were answered before hand. It's like they could read our minds! They were on top of everything! If you have the simple thought of buying a home, don't go anywhere else but Mortgage Heroes. read more

William and his team provide phenomenal service. They answered all my questions no matter how many times I repeated a question or how dumb it might of sounded. They took the extra steps and time that I needed to make sure I understood everything as I was buying my first home. They treat you like family NOT like most lenders i talked to, where it feels like someone is trying to just sell you something making you another transaction statistic. And even after I was finished buying my home, when interest rates dropped in the market William's team called me to let me know. I wanted make sure I was SAVING the most money for my family. They just don't forget about you like banks do when you sign your mortgage they make sure to always take care of you as if you were FAMILY. Thanks again for the AWESOME SERVICE!!! read more

I am a veteran of the USAF and made a move to San Diego to work with the Navy. I worked with William and his team on my first home about a year ago and just recently worked with them again on refinancing my loan. William and his team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and every detail was transparent. They also took much of their time to inform and educate me on the process, which I highly appreciate as a first time home buyer. What I like most about working with William and his team was how quickly they are to respond to any channels of communication. I would hands down work with them again in the future and would highly recommend William and his team to anyone who is looking into a VA Loan. read more

William, Fred, Peter and Donna at World Wide Credit Corporation are absolutely amazing. I am a first time home buyer utilizing a VA Loan, I was clueless to the process and was not sure what to expect. From day one, the entire team and WWCC were stellar. Everyone put the utmost effort and determination to get my offer accepted, obtain the best rate possible, and to expedite a closing date. William told me upfront what to expect, what his team will do to support me through the home buying process, and what his team would accomplish to get me in my new home, and they did! I am truly grateful for all of your efforts, and you all are the BEST! read more

I worked with William he was awesome, he helped me pay for my closing costs through my loan. He was very honest throughout the entire transaction which hasn't been the case for my husband and I the past few loans we have obtained. We were into our new home in 22 days which I thought was extremely fast. William always answered his phone whenever I had questions, he was always there and never deviated from the original paperwork we signed. My husband and I are very impressed by this company and will use them again and refer them to all our friends and family. read more

What I love about World Wide Credit Corporation... William and his team: Fred, Donna, and Peter, is how fast they respond. I am never without an answer. I find them to be so personable, and flexible. When we bought our house, they worked around the clock to help us close early. When we refinanced it was a no brainer to go back to WWCC because they were so personable. The customer service you get is one on one, unlike big bank who can take days to get back to you and has very little sympathy or understanding what the buyer is going through. read more

I can't thank the entire team at World Wide Credit enough, William, Ximena, Peter & Fred. They were all very helpful throughout the entire process, if Will wasn't available someone was always there to take the call, even on the weekends! I trusted them all & they answered all my questions, which I had a lot, especially because I was making my first home purchase. William Flores and his team are amazing! We have been working with them since we first considered buying a house in the area over 3 years ago while we were still in Hawaii, and they have been very helpful and easy to talk to.
