During my pregnancy I gained a significant amount of weight and was not very active. After I had my son I became depressed over all the weight I gained, which made me lose my confidence, my self-esteem was very low, and I felt like all the excessive weight I was carrying was slowing me down physically and mentally. It was hard for me to get out of my apt and be in the public eye because I was embarrassed of who I had become. I went into TKFit for a body analysis and was shocked by the results. They also do not just stand around and watch you do the workouts, they jump right into the workout with you and push you when you feel like giving up as well as guide you on how to do each exercise correctly. TKFit has a family-oriented environment and the trainers take extreme pride in training each member. The gym was always clean and organized and equipment was well taken care of. Even the members loved working together to finish the 30-minute workout as a team. The best part of the challenge is seeing results every week. My energy level is also up, I gained more confidence in myself, I believe in myself, I've learned some great tools on how to eat health and stay fit, all thanks to TKfit and the trainers. Even though my journey is done at TKfit, they inspired me to keep believing in myself and to continue working on my transformation one day at a time. I definitely recommend the 6week challenge because if I could lose the 20lbs in 6weeks, then you can lose the 20lbs or even more in 6weeks. I can't even begin to express my gratitude for Trainer Kai and his team. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because I'm a firm believer in the quote "there's always room for improvement". I started this program for a few reasons. First, my husband and I are trying to have a baby and I feel I owe it to our future children to be healthy. Second, my husband left for recruiting school for 7 weeks and not only did I need help passing the time but I wanted to lose the weight before he came back. Lastly, I suffer from multiple health issues. Anemia, asthma and an undiagnosed auto immune disorder (still in the process of pinpointing which one) and they all take a toll on my body. Trainer Kai and his team not only work to get you into great shape, they focus on getting you healthy both physically and mentally. Mental toughness is one of the keys to success here. We are a family here. We push each other, we support each other, this place has literally been my home away from home the past few weeks. I'm learning to be comfortable with myself, how to take care of myself, what works for me (diet and exercise) and what doesn't. But more importantly I'm finding confidence in myself. Could there be more hours to choose from for those with busy lifestyles? Yes. Are there other diets to get you on the right track that may seem "better"? Of course. Is this the perfect place for everyone. Absolutely not. But this gym is everything that anyone who's willing to work hard and put in the effort could ever ask for. Kai avoided me for several days when I asked him about the refund I earned since I fulfilled the requirements for the FREE 6 wks challenge. After giving TKFit a negative fb review he finally responded. Kai accused me of being "scared to speak about it over the phone" and I replied that I want his response in writing because at this point I suspect he is attempting to defraud me. My written response to Kai...."Scared hahaha...simple question kai...am i getting a refund or not? I prefer this be in writing because sadly I suspect youre going to attempt to defraud me of $300. Why are you not responding to a simple question. If ur telling me Im not eligible because I weighed in with Rob (your trainer and agent) on Friday instead of Saturday just say it. First off when I went to orientation I liked the way everything was explained and the motivation got me hyped, that got me ready to join. Well I'm absolutely glad I joined. The 30 minute workout sessions are amazing! The way I feel when I leave EPFBBC after these session is one of the best feelings ever and what's even better is stepping on that scale every week and seeing that fat % go down and the muscle % go up! That is the proof that this really works! The results make you push yourself more and more, you build your endurance. Truth is ... beer does not love me like I love it. Food does not love me like I love it. I did the 6 weeks challenge and i lost 24.8 pounds!! It was an adventure and life changing for me. The recipes are delicious and you learn portion control while enjoying every serving. The meal plans are always different and you even get a grocery list so you don't have to worry if you're missing anything. Trainer Kai is dedicated to guide you and give you advice wether you are struggling with the exercises or questions on the recipes/ supplements. The exercises are always different! I can honestly say joining the TKfit bootcamp 6 week challenge was one of the best decisions I made in my life. I have and continue to greatly enjoy my journey at Fit Body Boot Camp. It hasn't been an easy journey however, it's been a worthy one. After searching for many months for the right personal trainer I found Trainer Kai. He figured out the right excercise program and meal plan to help me meet my fitness goals. I was a bit skeptical when I first joined the challenge. I go to an other gym about 2-3 times a week but I mostly weight train. Well I'm 4 weeks in to the TK fit challenge and i have to say my life has changed, not only have I seen results on the scale and my clothes but I feel better than ever. Many times I've tried losing weight but never succeeded then I tried El Paso Fit Body Boot Camp and it's amazing I have to say! Both friends and family have been impressed on how much I've changed and lost weight. I am in the 4th week of my 6 week challenge; it has been absolutely amazing so far! Trainer Kai and all the Trainers are very caring and motivating. They make sure if you can't do a certain exercise they make sure to modify to your ability. They take the time to know you and all the people that go are very supportive and motivating also. They are a family and welcome all newcomers. My health has greatly improved in the little time. Trainer Kai goes over your progress weekly after the weigh in, or determines what you are missing in the diet. The diet you follow is very good and easy to make and follow. I joined this boot camp to get stronger! & stronger I am feeling every time! 30 mins of intense workouts, & I love it that since day 1 that I started going not a single workout gets repeated so it's always something shocking my body! The trainers are simply amazing & are there to help with our success to weigh loss or muscle gain! There was one thing I didn't like in the beginning though & that was changing shoes before you workout but then not only did I understand but I came to respect & love that about this gym, it's to help keep it clean & not workout in a dirty mat! Since the first time that I saw this place it caught my attention, especially because it mentioned that their classes were only 30 minutes long which is very convenient for anyone that has kids, work, or just a busy schedule. So I decided to give it a try and I wont lie when I went for the first time I was very nervous and scared because I had never really worked out much. Since I started attending this gym about 6 weeks ago it's been great to say the least. The work outs are intense the people are friendly and I have lost weight which is the best part about it. If you want a good kick in the ass every time you work out this is the place. The six week challenge is tough but even tougher for some because they don't lose the weight, no matter what they do even if they follow everything and dot there P's and Q's the weight does not melt away. With that said everyone is different. Now that the 6 weeks journey is over I'm happy to report that I lost 23.2 pounds during this challenge!!!
