TJ's is a great spot to catch a game. We've shown up for a couple of the US Soccer games and just this weekend, the Norway v England match. I will say, it was standing room only for the US match and we were able to walk in 5 minutes after the Norway game started and find two seats at the massive bar. Service has always been great - folks greet you with a smile, check on you often and get you taken care of quickly. What surprised me was their food! My guy is a repeat order on their wings and tried some of the different sauces this last time, all with a five star review. For me, I adore their Green Chili Mac and Cheese. Oh my word. The noodles are swimming in creamy cheese sauce, underneath a hearty green chili. It didn't look like mac and cheese at first glance, but more like an interesting french onion soup, but don't let that fool you. It's there and it's phenomenal. We will be back, game day or not! read more

Man oh man! A few weeks ago. Couldn't find a place to get a to go order late...we were very hungry! Found this place open late. Call and I swear we ordered one of everything on the menu. It was a very large order. THE FOOD WAS FRESH MADE VERY WELL. We loved everything! My favorite was the Reuben sandwich. We like the place so much that we ordered again later in the week. Service was great. We now have a new place to order to go! Keep up the great cooking. Kudos to the chef. We will be back soon! read more

Picked up online order for full nachos, staff was great and pickup super fast. Inside looked cozy and clean. Nachos came seperated to prevent sogginess, and boy was this a full order, pictured is only half of what came in the bag! read more

Tasty food in nice big sports bar. Service was prompt. Nice big patio area. It would be nicer if there were a few TVs for sporting events there. Inside Tvs are ample with nice big, clear screens. Fun vibe. read more

Philly cheese steak. The hoagie bun was in two pieces, but not cut. As I picked it up it fell apart on my plate. I ordered sweet potato fries that were flacid. The music was good. I need LYFT for me but it's too expensive from my Belmar apartment. I won't be going there anymore. read more

This is my secret best sports bar on the front range. I was shocked the other day it wasn't pact with the current sporting event. I do live an open barstool, I also like a place that should remain in the area for awhile. TJs seems to have a weekly special. This week's is amazing, "prime rib" my favorite. This is a true sports bar with local athletes popping in and the best bartenders in Lakewood! Thanks Bree, Tony,Allison And Brook. Y'all are the best! read more

Walked in during the Nuggets vs Timberwolves game. It was busy. No hostess that we could find so we sat ourselves on the patio. We had a server almost immediately. Ordered two beers and pickle chips to start. HUGE basket of perfectly round, large pickle chips. Interestingly, they sprinkle a little sugar on them. They came with a side of spicy ranch. We asked if from a bag or made in house. It was the latter, the server saw him making them shortly before we ordered. Yummy! We shared a burger with cheddar, sautéed onions and bacon. It's a huge burger with all the topping: lettuce, tomato and mayo. Pretty darn good burger. We got tator tots and spicy ranch for the side. Watching the game was fun. Food excellent. Great neighborhood place. Go here. read more

This wasn't my favorite place. The beer is cold, the building is clean and the food is solid for bar type food. My issue is the service. It's clear this place caters to a "regular" clientele and new faces are not especially catered to. On two occasions now, I've gone in, found a table and sat down. Absolutely nobody talks to me, asks me what I want to drink nor even acknowledges me. If I want something, I go to the bar and order it. Aside from that, I am basically ignored. I see people interacting with the bartenders and having a great time. I, however, feel like a complete outsider and a "bother". If you are part of the in crowd, I'm sure this place is awesome. If you are not in that crowd, be prepared to make the first move on everything. The last time I was there, I simply got up and left after 15 minutes and nobody noticed when I came in or left. It's kind of a crappy feeling. read more

This place feels like home. The service and food are outstanding! We have been searching for another place like this in Parker but can't seem to find it. It feels like walking into Cheers, you know the servers and everyone here. If you are looking for good food and services, look no further than read more

Tj's has an excellent happy hour with wells for $2.50. These days that's practically unheard of. I've sampled a few things on their menu. Get the mozzarella sticks, they are nothing short of amazing. Wings are good and the burgers are good. Service can be hit or miss, especially with some of the younger girls who will give you premium alcohol if you don't specify you want a well cocktail. Then you don't figure out until you get the check and it's $6 more per drink than it should have been. Other than that, no complaints. They do trivia on Wednesday's and that's always fun. read more

The food is amazing and the waitress I belive her name Alison C she is the best always super friendly when My sister and I go in.

The food is great. The presentation is original. Service is hit or miss depending on the staff working. There is a group that likes to gossip at the end of the bar, and you can get thirsty waiting for a refill. Be prepared to pay your tab at shift change. They do have fun Music Bingo on Tuesdays and Trivia on Wednesdays. read more

First visit; attentive and friendly service from Michelle. Very busy at 6pm but beverages came quickly and the wings shortly after. The wings were meaty and flavorful; I liked the options available to order different quantities. I'll absolutely go back again soon! read more

This is a nice bar, with great atmosphere. The patio is big, lighted and comfortable. The service was not bad. The food was delicious: beef chimichanga, Philly cheese steak sandwich and buffalo wings. This restaurant is in our neighborhood, will be back. read more

Favorite food and drink spot in Lakewood. Bartenders are super cool and very on top of it. Food is reasonably priced, extremely delicious, and comes out quickly. There is a reason this place is considered the unofficial hangout spot for the people of Lakewood. 10/10 wouldn't change a thing. read more

Ever since they opened this is by far my favorite sports bar to come to. The food is amazing and not like regular bar food, the servers are fast and friendly, and the drinks are a great price and bomb! Definitely come in to try this place and their queso is to die for!! read more

I have been to TJ's dozens of times and it never disappoints! Beer is cold, food is hot, service is great! Tammy the owner makes regular trips around the restaurant checking in on her customers and making sure everybody is happy. They have music bingo on Tuesday nights which is always fun! The best part is that they have dozens of high def televisions so you can watch your favorite team play. Highly recommend this establishment. read more

TJ's bar and Grill has the worst customer service i've ever received the employees were rude. I waited 15 minutes to get my first beer granted there was a sports game going on and then went outside to have a waitress comes up and says I hope you're not leaving without paying a tab I'm like no I'm putting my stuff down and going to have a cigarette. I'll be back and she replies, can you leave something on the table so we know you're coming back? I asked her what do you want me to leave you leave your phone I'm like you want me to leave my $800 phone on a table in this busy bar you people to make sure it doesn't get stolen yeah right read more

Great location with lots of parking. Great service and people. Great food. Fun place to watch games!

Tjs is awesome, I'm very excited about this addition to Lakewood. Tj's is a fantastic sports bar with great food, service, and wonderful atmosphere. TVS are really great quality if you want to watch a game. They're also so many of them that there's not a bad seat in the house. If you want to sit outside, there's a really nice spacious patio with fire pits and heaters and plenty of seating. The chicken wings are amazing, some of the best I've had in Denver. You will not be disappointed by the beer selection tap, they have an amazing selection. After only visiting this bar a few times I can easily see myself going here atleast once a week. read more

We recently discovered TJ's and go there to watch football when we don't get the games we want. Let me tell you about their green chile. I'm a chile head and have tried the green chile from lots of places. This green chile is my favorite when I don't have time to make it myself. It tastes like they bought freshly roasted chile right on Federal. I just bought two quarts to take to a work potluck and I'm super excited. When we eat at TJ's, I order chile and tater tots and combine them. It's amazing! The wings are also great, the cocktails and beer selection are solid, and the service is friendly, accommodating, and fast. read more

This place has amazing food and service!! Try the street tacos or the wings. Or try any of the food....We have never had any food here we did not like. They have a great patio and right now it's enclosed with awesome fire pits. Fun atmosphere and great food!! read more

Great sports bar as far as what you'd expect. Food selection and quality was better than other sports bars in the area. Ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap, fried pickles and pretzels. They have plenty of tvs and a great setup so most seats have a view of multiple tvs. Will be back for their specials and events like trivia. read more

Food was your average sports bar food, nothing special, but not bad either. Prices were good. Service was pretty slow.

Today I can only give TJ's 2 stars. The service was just awful. 2 tables that came way after we were seated and ordered were served there food before us. We watched 2 tables walk out when the hadn't been acknowledged for an extended period of time. As always we did enjoy the food. So moral of the story, if your coming in on a Saturday morning before noon bring your patience and have extra time. read more

Beat local place to play trivia and have a good bite! The entire staff works their butt off to provide everything you need especially Rob! They are so ridiculously attentive I never had an empty beverage. The jalapeño poppers are not to be missed. Love coming to this place. read more

Every time we've been the food is very delicious bar food and service is always great. Love the new addition to the area!

We tried this place a few weeks ago and it had reasonable service but the food and atmosphere were GREAT. SO.. we went back tonight but were pretty disappointed. We couldn't get a waitress to come over to save our lives. Our food took nearly an hour and had been sitting a long time before we got it. We had to get up at least 5 times to get our own napkins and condiments. We had to go to the bartender to order food. Bartender was nice and apologized while the waitresses were doing side work and ignoring us. I agree with other reviewers that we really need a good place in this neighborhood so it's kind of a shame. Maybe we'll try them again in a few months if they survive. Give them a try if you want to support a local hangout, but bring your patience. read more

Stopped by for the first time. Glad to see another sports bar in the area. They did a great job reconstructing the place. We sat outside (lots of outdoor seating!). Mix of families and adults only crowd.. Service was great, had a few big beers which we enjoyed. Dinner was good (philly cheesesteak, pulled pork sandwich, chicken fingers). Food was decent, typical pub food. Overall great atmosphere and we will be back. read more

Wow finally a well established bar in Lakewood!! So many TV screens to watch ANY game and the service is great. A great selection of beers on tap with a great patio too. Honestly check this place out. This was our second visit and we shared the jalapeño poppers (amazing) wings and the Cuban sandwich (wowowowow also they use homemade pickles). On top of amazing food you can expect every glass to be frosted. read more

Advertised as a sports bar... It is NOT... You can watch on several TV's... But they play music during the games...a super nice young lady handled the bar and dining tables wonderfully... Standing off and shaking her head at the"requests"of her patrons....I would look for a better choice read more
