My two daughters and I stopped this past Sunday during a small girls day. About a minute after we walked in there was an older female employee very non discreetly following us. She was pointing at my daughters while looking at hats, pushed my oldest daughter out of the way while she was "stocking" something, already in the correct place, only to set it right back down where she had picked it up from, at one point I looked up and saw her just a couple feet away pointing at me while talking on her headset among other things. She made my daughters, especially my youngest very uncomfortable and when I mentioned it to the woman at the counter she said, "She's only doing her job." I've worked in customer service/management positions for twenty years, and would consider that very poor customer service. There are more efficient, less harassing ways of handling loss prevention if that was her intent. read more
