If you guys ever wanted to purchase a home, and had to go through thousand of hurdles to satisfy…read moreunderwriting requirement, only to find out that the loan is not approved and kill the deal, then you know that having the correct lender on you side is very important. Supreme is my go-to mortgage brokers when I need to close escrow on a house and I know that their underwriters are within reason and are not crazy strict like some other lenders. Each lender has their own underwriter, and the big banks are usually the worse when it comes to lending. In a tough real estate market, and you finally found the house of your dream, you should be prepared and have that preappoval letter ready. The problem is that even with a pre approval you still need qualify for the loan with the submittal of many, many document after you get into escrow for the house you like, the loan approval process is sometimes very difficult. I found that after working with many mortgage brokers and banks, Supreme is the easiest to qualify for loans, and also reasonable underwriting process. They are not the lowest rates, their rates are slightly higher but still competitive. I would not recommend them for refinancing your home, for that you should use Victoria Financial (see my review), but Victoria is extremely slow and difficult to underwriting process, so they might kill your purchase since it takes so long. You can take my advice with a grain of salt, but this is my experience with Supreme so far, I really appreciate that they were able to fund our loan when two other lenders cannot do the same, within the allotted time.
