Ali Shemirani really made my first time home buying experience come true, and he made it a breeze. To be honest, I went through 4 different loan officers before contacting Ali. They all said that it would be too difficult - or impossible - to get the loan I needed with my current financial picture. Ali had a different tune. He said, "don't worry, I am going to make it happen - you will get your loan and I will close it for you." The rest is history, I finally have the ideal home and terms thanks to Ali and his persistence. I will definitely use him and Provident lending again to refinance once the rates come down, and for future purchases and investments. Thank you Ali! In addition, Alicia Crosby was such a fast loan processor! Within minutes of any question or concern I had, she would get back and with good news / information. When it comes down to the final moments of closing escrow, she did not skip a beat to make sure everything got processed on time and I understood all of the steps along the way. I am grateful for her patience while I followed up every day, sometimes multiple times a day, to check the status of the loan proceedings. Impeccable customer service and I would recommend no questions asked. Thank you Provident Lending Group! read more

I recently bought a home, and my agent worked directly with Provident Lending Group, I was introduced to Brenda Delacruz, she was very helpful all throughout the process, informal and punctual from The beginning of transaction to finishing of closing of the escrow. This review is solely for a Brenda. She even touch base with me after escrow was close to make sure everything went OK. Thanks Sean read more

John Abovian is the owner of this company. He is super knowledgeable, kind and honest. I contacted him to get rates for a home mortgage. I was a first time home buyer. He was very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions. Buying a home is very confusing! We didn't end up using his company for our mortgage because my husband was more comfortable using the broker our real estate agent recommended. If it had just been me, I would have gone with John. He offered a better interest rate and fewer processing fees. If you are looking for a mortgage lender, you won't go wrong with John! And a few tips - shop around for mortgage lenders and get preapproved BEFORE you find your dream house. Try to read up about closing costs, points, APR, etc. so you understand what's going on. read more

What a great experience working with John's team. I did a lot of shopping for the right people as a first time home buyer. I wasn't so sure about our decision until meeting John at Provident lending group. His knowledge and ability in the market to find you the best deal makes it a one stop guarantee. We closed our deal with no hassle because of the hard work at Provident lending. And walked away proud of our decision and our new home. Special thanks to John, Taylor and Daisy at Probident lending group. read more

The entire team at Provident proved themselves to be knowledgeable, courteous, and patient as they provided excellent guidance and daily support to me and to my wife during our first home purchase. For starters, the rate they offered was reasonable and competitive. They understood what was fair given my credit score and worked with us to get us the best rate possible. Once the rate was locked, the team kept the lines of communication open among us, the agents, escrow, title, and the lending bank. Furthermore, given that this was our first home purchase, they took the time to answer every question we had, were always a phone call away, worked late to get the docs ready due to our tight deadline, and accommodated many of our unusual requests. As for the logistics, they keep the process automated, work closely with a very competent notary, and have a full staff who worked on our case. Given the large nature of this purchase, we are grateful and appreciate how the team at Provident kept us comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. read more

Provident Lending Group just funded the purchase of my new home. I actually had two loans going at the same time since banks have a way of delaying the process. I wont mention the other bank but it was a larger chain bank. At the end of it all not only did PLG give me a much better rate but my closing cost was roughly $5,000 less. I met with John Abovian once and started to work with Tushita thereafter. The experience was extremely pleasant and expedient. My expectations were far surpassed and the loan funded before the other big bank did, not to mention I started the big bank loan 2 weeks before I started with Provident Lending Group. Thanks a million!!! read more

I highly recommend Provident Lending, Taylor Aivazian. Taylor worked relentlessly to get us a loan approval. Where any other agent would have given up and told us "sorry I guess its not gonna work" she did the opposite and said "don't worry we'll find out how to make this work" and she did. My husband and I got our loan and closed escrow this week. Taylor is a GEM in this industry, a true pleasure to work with. She answered all of our 100000x questions, replied to every single text and email with nothing but kindness and patience. If you want a great loan, quality customer service, due diligence than Taylor is the one. read more

I have now done two home mortgages with provident lending, one for investment property and one for my primary resident. I can't imagine have going through this process with any other lender. Taylor Aivazian is the specific lender I work with and will continue to work with. Moments where I needed quick responses I knew I could count on her and the team. I was able to get a preapproval letter out to make an offer within minutes on a Friday night after seeing the property. I highly encourage anyone interested in purchasing or refinancing to contact them if you want to feel taken care of and secure in your decision.
