NEVER, I repeat, NEVER use this place to service or purchase a vehicle! He is an absolute crook!…read more He sold my 19yr old son, that has an 8mo old son of his own, a Kia Sorento for $3300. However, after the purchase we find out that the vehicle has $1200 worth of repairs. Lee claims that he "helps people out" but don't fall for his lies! He is only in it to sell anything regardless of condition and won't disclose everything. If he's a real mechanic he would've and should've known EXACTLY what was wrong with that vehicle! I spent 30 minutes trying to change it myself, but I couldn't get the lug nuts off. I used to be a mechanic--I've done this countless times before--but it was raining, so I prayed to God to stop the rain for just 15 minutes. He answered--the rain stopped. I prayed again for help, as I didn't have the right tools, and He answered once more: four different vehicles pulled up, and the people inside did everything they could to assist me. The men from AutoZone were so kind and sincere--I truly respect them. Unfortunately, we ended up causing quite a mess and damaging things in the process. They advised me to take the car to a professional shop for help. I feel terrible for having made the job so difficult for them--please, forgive me. I pray that God blesses them in return. Thank you, God, for Your intervention--truly, Your angels are at work.

Only thing is i never got a call when it was finished, had to come around closing time to see if it was ready. When i did pick up my truck, it didn't look any different and still had some obvious positive camber, they told me they "got the closest they could", told me i needed Camber/caster bolts. Upon further research they are not required for an alignment for my truck at all.(2016 f-150 fx4) Literally feels like I just threw $100 in the garbage, because now i have to pay another shop $100-150 for another alignment so they can get it right. Overall the experience was good, but the outcome was very disappointing.
