This has been the worst experience I have ever had! First we took our vehicle a year ago for them…read moreto fix the power steering pump but within a week the car completely broke down and it was due to the pump being damaged! He claimed that the part that was sold to him was damaged and offered to replace it with a "new" one! Now I am having the SAME issue with the power steering pump AGAIN! So because he "fixed" it a year ago we took it back to him due to the part being covered under warranty. I dropped off the car 11/21 and he promised to have is fixed by Wednesday. Lies! We picked it up Wednesday and the car was WORSE! Now he is claiming that he is having to replace the entire rack! We took the car Monday 11/28 and all we have been getting is "tomorrow is SHOULD" be ready. When I called him to ask about the car he RUDLY responded "which one! I have four" to which I answered "the one that has been there for two weeks!". At this point I was so frustrated that we have been the ones to have to be on him about our car. We finally got it back today 12/8 and the car is still NOT functioning properly. So be aware and know that this "mechanic" is probably a "YouTube mechanic".

However, after the purchase we find out that the vehicle has $1200 worth of repairs. Lee claims that he "helps people out" but don't fall for his lies! Only thing is i never got a call when it was finished, had to come around closing time to see if it was ready. When i did pick up my truck, it didn't look any different and still had some obvious positive camber, they told me they "got the closest they could", told me i needed Camber/caster bolts. Upon further research they are not required for an alignment for my truck at all.(2016 f-150 fx4) Literally feels like I just threw $100 in the garbage, because now i have to pay another shop $100-150 for another alignment so they can get it right. Overall the experience was good, but the outcome was very disappointing.
