Ms Kathy was an absolute GEM! The customer service and kindness she provided was so wonderful that I felt all my frustrations melt away. Part of me would rather continue to get my checks cashed through Ms Kathy rather than deal with a bank. The world needs more people like her!

I visited this bank to set up an estate account after my parent passed away. I stopped by multiple…read moretimes and there was always an insane wait - so I finally made an appointment. Christopher Sadowski was my consultant / representative. He was personable enough, but I guess he's like most folks in positions like this. He told me to reach back out to him "in a week or two" or "next month" to see about refunding the account for an order of checks. I knew I'd be pretty slammed so I set an calendar reminder. I emailed Mr. Sadowski not once, but twice, inquiring about the refund. To be clear - he never promised a refund, he just told me to check back and he'd make an inquiry once the charge posted to the account. Honestly - $15 won't break me - but a reply email would have been greatly appreciated - especially since I have been a Bank of America for over twenty years, and have more than four accounts with them.
