Lol…read more I must have talked to nine different insurance agents in the last 5 weeks and I just gotta say - Angela Barrentine (aka Angie) made the best, most lasting impression! She kept me updated every step of the way and was super responsive. She asked me extremely detailed questions - things several other agents forgot to ask - to help get the best possible rates / quotes. For instance, I forgot that the electrical and the plumbing had been completely redone in the last 5 years. That makes a huge impact on the quote. But the thing I found most impressive is this - when it became clear that Angie wasn't going to be able to offer us a policy that was better than the any of my existing quotes - she actually took the time to give me really sound advice on some things I needed to do to improve my top 2 existing quotes with the other companies!
