They were fine until I actually needed them to DO something. I needed an update to my additional interest (something numerous other companies and agents have told me should only take a few minutes to change) and it has been OVER A MONTH and still nothing! Any time I try to contact them about it, they tell me it will only take 1-2 more days to finish. I told them I will be fined if I do not provide this new information by the end of the month. It has taken them so long that I am about to be FINED TWICE because of their incompetence. When they finally had it done, they promised it would be sent by Thursday at the latest and I STILL didn't receive it until Friday. AND IT WASN'T EVEN CORRECT! They failed to even change it to the updated address! They only had to make TWO changes and they still couldn't do that! Not once have they apologized for ANY of this. This is how they treat someone that has been with them for over a year. Every other agent and company I have talked to about this has been shocked at just how incompetent they have been. Please, go to someone else. These people will only cause you stress and make you lose money.

I got my loan which I am happy about but I wish we would have gone with someone else, Erich is very passive aggressive, doesnt respond to emails or texts, and also forwards you to voicemail. This is my first home so of course I had a few questions, which luckily my amazing realtor answered as best as he could because we couldn't get ahold of our loan officer for nothing, when we did get ahold of him he would be very rude and passive aggressive. Today we realized our mortgage paperwork has the a mispelling for the address on it, we called Erich to ask what do we do and he blamed USPS, saying they auto upload what ever they recommend, and that theres nothing he can do. I called Guaranteed rate loan servicing department and they told me it was on Erich to make sure the information was correct and that he could fix it. He was also not at our closing to go over anything with us, in his place was a complete stranger (although a very nice man) while Erich was driving to a game.
