I have been leary of these types of companies because we have purchased 2 other timeshares on the resale market which were handled by 2 different escrow/transfer companies and the service we received from each was less than adequate. We were constantly making phone calls to check status of our transfer, often times having to leave messages only having to call back once again after a few days when the call was never returned. We were lied to on numerous occasions and closing and transfer of the deed in one case took upwards of 6 months and 1 year on the second timeshare we purchased.
