The past couple weeks, she's been very helpful in helping me with the payments on the loan, with setting up my last payment later this month, and following through on a couple small issues that had come up with my situation. She even apologized for not getting back to me sooner - but she called me at least a day ahead of time! In talking with her, I can t tell she's a great manager to her co-workers. I was in there today to open a new account and cash a bond. There was apparently only 1 person who…read morewas able to do this type of transaction. He advised me he was helping a gentleman and would get with me after I was done. So I patiently waited for an hour. After he helped the gentleman a lady walked in and he started helping her. Then while helping her he advised me that he wouldn't be able to help me today and to comeback tomorrow or go to Hudson Oaks. Meanwhile there were no other employees helping other customers the whole time. I feel like there was an opportunity for some cross training.

They claimed all the slides were checked & resealed. 1 week into owning the trailer, all 3 of the slides leaked and had to be completely resealed. They offered to "pay a small amount" to help cover the costs but it barely covered half of it. The tried to cover up areas of damage & rather then fixing it, they put up siding and all the nails came outside of the trailer. I take partial blame because I didn't get a full search done but they seemed very trustworthy and I thought they'd be honest about what all the did. All parties involved at the dealership were completely dishonest and do not recommend coming here.
