I lost my job and she gave me about 4/5 different places that were hiring! I didn't ask her I just asked what I should do now because I did not want to loss my vehicle. She said come in and let's chat. I was so nervous. but she gave me a list she knew that were hiring and she helped me look them up online on my phone so I knew how to do it. She has her job and I know if I am not able to pay She will have to do her job but she is working to help me get back on track so I don't have to worry about it. Not sure why my review was put to the side as not recommended. Maybe names??? Started with a flyer in the mail from this specific location. I needed the money a month later so I figured I would try it out and bring my flyer in. Very clean, crazy and energetic environment. Loved it! I am very happy I came to this location. Kids area was great. Two ladies were both great and very passionate about their work. I got what I needed for my loan. Then Jocelyn brought out a little gift with things in. One of the little things was a gym membership for the gym in their plaza! I still can't believe all of this for coming into their location. As busy as this location is!!! I have to say I totally disagree with the negative reviews about this location. The only reason anyone would leave a negative review that I can see would be because someone didn't pay their bill and their vehicle was taken! You have to pay your bills people. Nothing is life is free. Jocelyn and Dulce are very amazing people. These two have been here for over a year and they both have great personalities, they talk with you and they actually care about you. I promise this is the best Titlemax in the Valley, period. I have been a good and bad customer. So I get it but never would I say something negative about people who are there to help you! read more

Old reviews and new reviews. Sometimes it takes both for people to try places out. I love this location. They do title loans with credit check. I needed a quick loan and these employees working were very nice. They know who they are so no need to put names on here. It's very clean inside and outside. Treats for the customers. They have a lot of compassion for everyone who walks in. I could not do their job. It takes a special person. The rates here are good for the type of loan it is. Reviews count. These two girls went above and beyond their job title. They stayed open late to help me. I called right at 6:59pm (they close at 7pm) they answered and to my surprise the lady said," of course we are still open, for 1 more minute." I told her I was 10 mins away, she responded with Okay! Yes I get it, high interest loans but hey when ya need the money what else can you do! I paid it off fast. the ones complaining are the ones who didn't listen when the same lady who has been there for years says to you, pay this off as quickly as possible. Clean location. I have used Title Max services a few times and the process has been smooth every time. The staff is very helpful as well as courteous and they were able to get me in and out in less than an hour with the money in my account before I left the premises.
