We don't owe much and we took of the interest rates when they were down to 2%, so we would not be willing to refi to get another company. I was scared. The transfer process was a breeze. It was easy to create an online account and make payments. Our escrow went through the roof for 2025. I was thinking they are doing something not good due to the reviews I read. I spoke with a kind lady who checked on our escrow account to see what was going on for 2025. I knew it wasn't our taxes, as our assessor showed they actually were going down. She did some research. Because I was holding for a bit, I was disconnected automatically. I was thinking "Here begins the nightmare!" She called me back in seconds. She let me know our insurance was going up over $1300 this year. She went above and beyond getting the information, and was kind the entire time. So far so good. Mind you this was 5:30pm in the Arizona evening, and I was still able to speak with customer service. Very happy. They do try to resolve as many issues online or with the automated system. I still was able to get to a rep as those options would not be able to help me answer my question. Less than 10 minutes and I was all set.
