I am glad I was able to payoff my debt there so I don't have to deal and hear about the (Reminder payments) phone calls 3 times a day every day specially now in this time with COVID 19 knowing how many people lost there jobs including my self they were not near to understand the situation and all they were good at saying was: " we understand but we need you to cough up with your payment now" I not saying to forgive a payment but at least be more consider about what everyone it's going trough and find some other words" to use when you need to ask for a payment. Again my actions, my consequences, I was not able to make the monthly payments and I hope people reading this can understand that my world didn't crumble overnight and rebuilding it wouldn't happen overnight as well. Long story short, title max took my car and I had 10 days to claim it back....through an absolute miracle from God I was able to get the amount that Title Max told me would settle the loan and here's where the problem is......I had until 7pm Wednesday to pay this loan and I paid Title Max at 6:45 pm once I went into this office and paid them, they DID NOT call or email the auction place where my car was due to be sold at 9am Thursday morning. When I called the auction place to schedule a time to retrieve my vehicle the next morning, the sale of my car was luckily stopped but they had NOT BEEN NOTIFIED BY TITLE MAX. The auction place informed me that IT IS TITLE MAX'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND NOTIFICATION OF PAYMENT. Jeff, the manager of this Title Max office, said "oh we were going to get to that at some point today"... some point today? are you kidding me??? This office is run by a rude and incompetent individual. I had made offers to bring the office some money previously in order to postpone the sale, they refused my offer. I am not excusing my actions but once I got that loan paid in full, this office was completely ignorant and didn't uphold their responsibility to notify the auction company and I was told by the auction company that I am not the first person this Title Max office has done this to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AT ALL.
