I have had several loans over a course of 5 years and have been to different location that have way better customer service. This terrible location has a VERY HIGH turn over rate for employees and their lead supervisor Renee is awful. You call and ask question about your loan and employee have a major attitude.I have been hung up on because they have NO Customer service skills. When Renee calls you back. You can tell she hires and trains the staff because she is the most unprofessional supervisor i have ever spoken too. If you need a loan i would suggest and totally different region (i.e. St. Charles). Save yourself stress and not deal with them at all.. AWFUL......
