I could not find my receipt but knew the date of purchase and the approximate time. Thomas went above and beyond to research to find the receipt on the register. After he located the receipt, he called other outlets to find my bracelet because their store no longer had one. Thomas had the bracelet shipped to his store and then called me when it arrived. I am thrilled to get a new bracelet. His customer service went way beyond what I expected and wanted customers to know how customer friendly Thomas is and how the company really stands behind their guarantee. No questions asked! As I looked I couldn't decide nor could imagine where to put in my new home. I purged for a year to move so buying more stuff isn't in my plan. I get the two frames and head to a register. This is where I was introduced to self service. It actually made zero sense as there was no line just me and a Michael's employee instructing me how to check out.
