I have been a long time client of Josue's while he had a seat at a barbershop in Framingham. I have always sung his praises to any friends of mine. Having seen his work on famous sports personalities amongst the Boston Celtics, New England Patriots and AS Roma to name but a few, it obviously goes without saying that he is good at his job. Now that he has opened his own shop he's had a chance to build it to his liking and it is an extremely classy shop. A definite must have for any discerning trend setting man or hipster to get their cut. Despite being in this business for a long time, Josue is constantly striving for greater success and always looking to improve his skill. He talks frequently about trends in Europe and potentially going there for styling courses to stay ahead of the game. Great place to get your haircut in Natick. Found these guys based on others positive reviews and was not disappointed. I've gotten my hair cut at a few places in and around Natick center the past few years trying to find my go-to place. Titletown has by far been the best haircut and Josue is my new goto guy. They may not be the cheapest in town, but I've learned you get what you pay for, and that's a fantastic haircut. I even took my 3 year old son who is difficult during hair cuts and Josue was super friendly, cool, and more importantly did a great job on his hair. Mark at the Natick Mall location provided beyond exceptional service! My 9 yr old son and I walked in right when they opened since it was still very quiet to try and get his ridiculous haircut fixed (long story). Thankfully they were able to squeeze him in which was greatly appreciated. I explained that my son likes to keep his hair longer and does not like the buzzer but rather prefers a scissor cut and Mark was very attentive and listened to our preferences. This place and especially Alberto were fantastic! I had a bad experience getting my beard trimmed at a different barber shop near where I live and they took off way too much and never offered suggestions on what I should do with my beard for the look I wanted. Alberto was a complete 180° difference. He asked me what I wanted and proceeded to go over what he was going to do and why. It looks fantastic! The facility is very clean and comfortable. Booking online is very easy and you can pay and tip before you get there so you don't have to hassle with a checkout at the end. Just get up and leave.
