I only wanted a simple beard trim which usually takes about 20-30 minutes. So I ask the receptionist if they could possibly squeeze me in...she says no, they are completely booked today and tomorrow...no stylist available til next week. Yikes! Now this is where it gets really good: a stylist overhears my plea...he takes me right away and does a great job..then much to my surprise...he insists on not charging me. Once I recovered from the shock...I thanked him and then I insisted that he at least accept a good gratuity! I think this location has a new customer...the drive might just be worth it!
