At the hearing she told the court she needs to withdraw but when asked to proceed with the hearing by the court, she agreed to do so after she said she could not ethically represent me. By her stating she cannot ethically represent me and then representing me, she UNETHICALLY represented me. The hearing was critical to my case and her lack of understanding of the law and unpreparedness caused the judge to rule in the DA's favor. While she was my attorney she made outrageous recorded statements like...I don't have the time or resources to handle your case...If you had the money to hire an attorney, you would own these people... I still have to work here after your case is over (referring to the fact that she did not want to confront the DA and court for their actions because of the repercussions she would face if she did so)... This attorney is working for the state. If you hire her, you might as well hire the DA (Erik Knapp). She does not fight for her client's interest. I would give zero stars if it allowed me to. After I called again for follow up, I had to leave a voicemail and was told my phone call would be returned by the end of the day. It's now been two business days and it's not returned.
