Great experience as long as the owner/Dr does not provide your care. My first two experiences were great. The last was horrible from the surgical standpoint, the shape size and quality of the implant, it is crooked, discolored. It is too big and to fix it. He was just going to file all of the shape of the tooth away, and because it didn't fit all the way down to the gum go ahead and throw some filling material in there. Shoves instruments out out of his employees hands, the most rude hot tempered man I have ever met in my life. Call me noncompliant because you are being so rough, ripping me apart, slipping with the drill drilling the tooth next to it. So, the implant that Titanium did for me in late 2019 failed. The abutment and crown came off. My dentist is not sure if the screw failed or if it somehow came loose. I decided to have Titanium (Dr. Yoon) take a look at it and see what they could do for me. I called and made an appointment and then get a call back a little later that they are cancelling the appointment and will not see me. They refused to give me a reason why. I can only guess that the reason is that they took exception with my earlier review of them though it was accurate and to the point (and they even said that they "wanted to make it right" in their response). It is untenable and totally unacceptable that they will not stand behind their work and that they even refuse to look at it (I was more than willing to pay their $100 fee to do so)! I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and the Georgia Dental Board. I would suggest that anyone thinking of using them give serious consideration to not doing so and to going elsewhere (Groupon or not)! They provided subpar service for an expensive amount without the slightest care to their patient during and after the operating procedure. When having dental work done, if you desire comfort, care, and of the art equipment I suggest that you go somewhere else for your dental needs. I visited the office on 09/04/2023 and will not return. This office is the worst office I've been too. The only reason I chose this one because their price is cheaper then others, which was the most reason that brought this nightmare to me until now. From the first time I saw the dentist, I wanted to complain everything. I talked to the assistant about my gum problem, my gum pocket are deep so my gum need to be opened and deep clean. The dentist didn't even check my pocket number(he must did),just took a look then said I surly need surgery which I agreed to. He was so impatient so I only talked to the chinese assistant for all questions. If you have been there you would know how impatient the dentist was. The dentist did the surgery two different times separately ( left and right). I didn't know how was his job done at that time because this surgery is once a life hopefully. When the first surgery was done he stitched the gum back together so I knew until which tooth he did. ( it is whole half mouth of teeth), so when I did the second surgery, the string in the gum was gone and I told him last time he opened the gum until the tooth I pointed. But he still missed one tooth didn't clean. When I came back after a month for follow up, I told him you missed that tooth he felt no sorry and said yes that tooth was not that bad, didn't need surgery. Then he released me not even checking my pocket number ( that was supposed to be done). During the surgery there were many young people working on you who are not professional, because you heard other people correct them when they did something on your mouth. I heard the dentist has a part time job in the school. I would think these people are his students and did the trial run on patients. ( just my guessing) In general, I made huge mistake going to this office. There is nothing good besides offering a little cheaper price. After I just finished my gum surgery couple months, I called them saying I didn't feel good about my gum and the y said it was normal. They said the gum will shrink a little and need time to heal. I chose to believe them then after couple months I called again for the same issue and got same answer they wanted spend time on me because they already charged me 8 thousand dollars. I maintained regular dental cleaning every 3 months that they required me but my regular dentist told me some of my gum pockets are still too deep from last surgery. I called back the titanium office and they told me they can do nothing. I need to pay to see periodontist to check my teeth. I hope anyone who read this doesn't let the cheaper price deceive you, there is nothing good to this periodontist. I wished I knew this the first day I went to his office. read more

I will begin my reply to Titanium's response to my critical review of 17 or 18 May whichever with what I think is an interesting observation. A scan of the first sixty reviews (a fraction of the totals) on Google shows that of the fifty or so submitted as five star reviews all but one or two were from people with Asian surnames. There were no fewer than five stars from those reviewers. Coincidence?? I think not. As to my issues: yourresponse: There was NO clarification in my first call. The agent only wanted to set a date. In follow up calls by me and Titanium there was NO clarification on prices. I grant that the web site did state that additional fees for additional services, but: 1. An add on of some $1,650 per tooth for bone grafts to fill in the void after tooth extraction as part of the implant procedure is excessive and perhaps Titanium might make some casual mention of this when setting appointments or even include some fee information on the website. Titanium loudly proclaims the implant pricing of $1999. but no mention of necessary bone grafts that essentially double the fee. My understanding has been that bone grafts are only needed if the bone structure is confirmed on the x ray to be weak. One of the two locations being considered for a Titanium implant was #10, upper left side of jaw. Next to previous implants placed with no graft. The other #28, lower right side of jaw. Next to other implants placed with no graft. Upper and lower jaws on opposite sides both with weak bone structure. Hope I don't get punched. 3. In the verbal consult with Dr. Yoon he did not mention bone weakness, only the need for a graft to fill in the void left by removal of the roots. 4. I have scheduled an extraction/implant for the same day with another surgeon. He also reviewed a panoramic of my mouth. No recommendation for bone grafts. 5. This website discusses the pros and cons of sam day implants. But if Colgate is to be believed, it might not significantly improve the success of the implant as the healing bone would not bind as tightly to the implant that was inserted same day. Finally as regards language, my experience is that non native speakers can most easily read and write English. But not speak it clearly. My experience, I made my first visit to China just after Nixon and Kissinger. Hong Kong, Peking, Guangdon, Xien, Guilin, Shanghai. I made multiple trips thereafter as a marketing manager for power plants. I made multiple visits to Japan for the same purpose and also to Indonesia. I have heard a great many non native English speakers and none have been fluent in the spoken language. I grant that Dr. Yoon is an exception and Mr. Han is not bad, but aside from them I would not claim fluency for the rest of staff at better than 4 or 5 out of ten. read more

I recommend Titanium Dental to anyone seeking any of the services they offer! Dr. Yoon is a very skilled expert who cares for his patients satisfaction. The overall staff is very professional, friendly, and welcoming (plus they are all bilingual!). I also appreciate the extra safety precautions taken in the office, as we are in the middle of a pandemic. The services offered have straight forward processes (along with the financial aspect). I finally decided that people who visit this place should know! Filthy environment, inexperienced assistant staff's mistake, even the suction during the operation was wrong, and during the operation he was super busy with other patients, and in the end,even the tool he was using was dropped into my neck and he tried to take it out again ... fatal doctor's mistakes made me to be in emergency room with life in danger.. I had treatment of various primary care physicians to be recovered more than 8 months.. Nevertheless, I tried to finish the treatment by referring to the end, but when I visited again they forced me to sign up some paper work, What I came back after the credit card urged me to pay the fee through the secretly contacted behind scenes! please think again to visit!
