I admit when I first went to see you guys back in November I was a little skeptical because I had been rejected by some many others but I had some faith in you all since I was referred to you all by my insurance provider. Let me tell you something, I'm so glad I toon a leap of faith with you all! Not only was my first consultation back in November of 2016 a breeze, Dr. Jo insured me that he could get all 4 of my wisdoms teeth pulled out and best of all my insurance literally covered all of the procedure. And this procedure was every bit of $4000, I only had to pay $75 of my own money! Which was AMAZING! Fast forward, today (January 19th) I finally with got my wisdom teeth extracted! Finally! After all these years of fighting with insurance companies and doctors I finally have them pulled out. Thanks to you guys! I appreciate Dr. Jo and his staff so much for being so kind and attentive to me, they put me at easy and viola! I woke feeling like crap nonetheless but at least I can say my teeth are gone! At first I was confused on where it was located but you make that turn and then go up the Hill and it's right there ahead. Go inside the building and it's located on the same floor right door. First of all, the gorgeous ladies in the front desk are so nice and sweet and helpful. It's a breath of fresh air compared to some other doctors offices I been to. Having nice ladies with great customer service in the front is always a great experience. Their dental hygienist Lily Pham is such a pleasure. She makes you feel like she really cares about you and your teeth's health. She will use a skinny tool to measure your gum health. It kinda hurts if your gums had inflammation, with that tool, the lower score you get the better. All that aside, the deep cleaning was a game changer. After wards my teeth felt so clean and I feel way more confident!! Highly recommend!!!

I could tell from the moment I walked in that I was only seen as a dollar sign! I brought all of my x-rays and doctor's notes from my last dentist and they didn't even bother to look at it. They just wanted to take more x-rays(even though I had them the prior month) and get started on my crown. They didn't know anything about my previous dental history or even listen to me, but wanted to get started on my crown right away! You cannot trust an office that doesn't try to listen to their patients or look at their dental/medical history. I refused treatment with them and looked for another dentist. I go to Atlanta dental spa in Roswell now. It's is a little far from Duluth and more expensive, but at least they are good and listen to their patients. Stay away from Coast dental!

Unfortunately, it is the result of ongoing issues with the back-office billing process under the current office management. Due to repeated billing negligence, I was forced to pay over $600 out of pocket, ultimately including payment to a collection agency for charges that should have been properly handled and reconciled by the office. Today, when I contacted the office to have my account reviewed after resolving the collection, I was placed on hold for over an hour without resolution. After nearly two decades of loyalty, this level of billing mismanagement and lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Patients should not bear financial consequences due to administrative errors, nor should they have to expend excessive time attempting to correct them. The Spanish chic and the white lady are some of the rudest humans I've met in my life and at a doctors office. The consultation fee..fine but the xray charge after I just paid for a xray 3 weeks prior was b.s. so I called the general dentist to discuss my xray in which this Dr. Said he couldn't see them well. They blatantly told me that my xray was fine, they don't know why he said he couldn't see my wisdom teeth and that he does this for extra money. I tried to get refunded for my 2nd xray and either place wouldn't. They could care less that I just paid almost $300 in cash for 2 xrays and consultation..in 3 weeks!! Here's the kicker..my best friend who referred me to the general dentist says Dr. Tucker told her he couldn't see her teeth well and billed her for another xray too!! in which her insurance wouldn't cover because she had just gotten one done. From the front office staff to his assistant, everyone his kind and gentle, even went it came down to talking money. Upon meeting Dr. Hogan I was immediately impressed with his kind and friendly demeanor. He went over my options and expressed nothing but concern for my comfort and overall health. I opted to stay awake for the procedure and only have local anesthetic in order to get the procedure done immediately. The entire time Dr. Hogan was working on me he let me know what to expect and was very kind through the entire process. I give him even more credit for such an amazing bedside manner because as a surgeon I would assume most of his patients are asleep for their procedures/surgeries. Before I left I was given detailed instructions for after care as well as the information written out. The nurse let me know what to do to get in touch with the doctor should I have any issues after hours. Luckily I have been very comfortable for most of the day and was happy with the overall experience. I already knew I would be providing a good review because I think it's important to help others get the best information possible when selecting a provider. But that plan went from a good review to a great one when my phone rang tonight. It was a number I didn't know so I almost didn't answer but I'm glad I did. It was Dr. Hogan calling to check on me. I had planned my whole weekend around tending to my girls recovery and it has been nothing short of amazing. They are 12 hours out of surgery and are loving their "cold food" diet, not complaining of pain or discomfort, and have minimal swelling.
