I woke up really anxious about not feeling like my body was prepared to take on the extra weight, the back pain, and the overall stress from carrying this pregnancy. I'm an active person, but I don't feel like I'm doing the right things to prepare myself and my body for birth. I was encouraged in meeting with Ashley to know that there are things I can do to strengthen my core, my back and my fitness overall. While I haven't been to many classes (yet!) I am excited to be able to work out with someone who has experience with pregnancy training (and then postpartum training), plus be able to work out with other women who are experiencing similar crazy things in their body that I am at the moment!
