We actually look forward to heading straight from work to class 3x/week, where there is a intimate and supportive group of members waiting to train alongside us. The owners/trainers, Chuck and Christina, lead great strength or conditioning classes that are safe, accomodating to our goals and needs, and a helluva workout. These things are invaluable to us, and Chuck and Christina offer them for a very reasonable price! And better yet, there is a pretty even amount of men and women members (at all ages too), making this a very diverse, woman-friendly, and non-intimidating environment for all to work in- something that's hard to come by these days. You gotta understand, we are not the pumping iron sort of people. What's most alluring to us about this gym is a tight-knit community you become a part of. My boyfriend and I have found that doing these classes together has also strenghtened our relationship. Strong body, strong mind, strong relationships, what's not to love?!

She is educated in fitness and her moves are made with purpose making me think that I am dancing and having fun, while my brain and body know that I am getting a HIIT workout. I absolutely love taking this class and recommend it to the person looking for both a high energy HIIT workout and a good time.

At the same time, do you need to burn off stress, work up a sweat, get good cardio, tone that body and just plain old have the best time doing so? If the answers are "YES", then read you belong at MOJO FITNESS". I am a lover of dance music: funk, soul, R&B, hip-hop, you name it, yet it's next to impossible to get my husband to go dancing. BUT, twice a week, I get my groove on at MOJO FITNESS where we do all those good things for our bodies I mentioned earlier, yet we think we're just having tons of fun at a really great dance club! We are led by Cindy Brauer who is a top-notch instructor/motivator with a fantastic background (read it at http://mojofitness.biz/about-mojo/our-mojo-team/). What's not on her resume is that she moves funkier, jumps higher -- as if suspended in mid air, and smiles wider than anyone in the room! (She is clearly having fun, too!). To sum it up, MOJO FITNESS is the best thing that has happened to me and FOR me health-wise and happiness-wise in a long time. And I believe many fellow Mojo-ers would join me in that sentiment!

My only feedback is that they need to have better yoga and cycling teachers. This means that the teachers should be engaging and supporting; at the very least, smiling at each member and making them feel like they belong in the class. We need the instructors to improve and be more engaging. Like previous Life Time Wayne yoga teachers: Caitlin and Amy. Also, the music can be too loud in the workout floors and in the locker rooms at night. Everyone has earbuds in anyways, so why blast the music?? Looking forward to the improvements.

All set, but really they should have been more careful. ------------------------------ I am so baffled. I just received an email bill from their aquatics department, wanting to charge me for adult swimming group class I took back in the summer of 2022!!! (It's 2024 now.) While I was in that class in 2022, I had an accident resulting in facial injuries. Back then the manager talked to me and took care of everything. Now more than two years later, they sent me a bill for that summer class--I can't believe it!! I tried to call the aquatics department, but no one answered the phone. So I sent out two emails and now I'm waiting for an answer. This must be a bad joke.

I went to Orangetheory Fitness for an intro class and it completely ruined my experience…read more Before the class, they texted and called saying they needed to do my introduction beforehand and that it would take at least 20 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes early, which is standard for most workout classes, but they refused to let me join the class. I explained that I've attended many workout classes before and was comfortable jumping in, but they insisted there wasn't enough time to complete the intro and paperwork. Ironically, I could have filled out the forms if they hadn't spent that time arguing with me instead. I also would have been happy to pay for the intro class if they hadn't required me to show up 30 minutes early. We're all busy--who realistically has time for that? They acted like this was some extremely advanced or exclusive workout, but honestly, anyone who is even moderately fit could handle the class. The rigid policies and poor customer service were unnecessary and unwelcoming. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this location.

I accidentally book a class and when I noticed I went to cancel it. The class was at 6:30am the very next day outside of the 12hr window, and I had cancelled it way in advanced the same day I booked. Well they cancelled all the classes I had booked. Which for me means they also cancelled the alarms I have to wake up associated for it, so rescheduling wasn't able to happen again for a while on my end, because of how my days have been structured plus I had a vacation. so I called today excited and ready to get back on my regimen, and then when she answered the phone, I believe her name was Mary. I gave her the needed card information and was ready to rebook. Then all the sudden she starts going we need to charge you for the class you didn't show up for. Then I went on to explain it wasn't a no show it was an accidental booking on my end that I cancelled prior to the class starting. Instead of going oh okay to move forward we just have to pay the $12 for booking and canceling within the 12hr window and then we will be good to go. She goes into her little system and proceeds to ARGUE with me about my perception of what happened, and was like we have been trying to call you. and you haven't talked to us. I told her I am talking to them now, and that due to the way my schedule is there wasn't time for me to get back to them then. (context I typically work 6 days a week from 9am - 11pm). ( i did not share this with her because she was so rude and accusatory) Instead of being empathetic, and forward focused, she for whatever reason decided to continue arguing and say phrases such as "my day is very busy too" and well "you didn't answer us" "I'm looking at my time punches and it says you booked at 6pm and didn't cancel until 12am" ( to my memo isn't what happened, but at this point it's still a 6 and half hour notice, for a class that wasn't anywhere near fully booked) All that to say I was so turned off, and annoyed by the way she represented this location I would just cancel my membership all together if this was my home studio. Feel so bad for the members who attend there and for whatever reason have life happen. Because that lady lacks any people and conflict resolution skills. Genuinely hope someone helps her figure out it's not about being right, it's about the situation and how you move forward.
