Good morning, I…read moretried puting a review on the website after submitting the review I didn't see it on the review so I will email you too just in case Crisna was amazing! I wasn't sure what size storage unti I needed, so she asked what I would be storing. After I explained, she recommended a 10x20 unit, which turned out to be the perfect size. She even took the time to show me the unit, and it was very clean. On top of that, she sprayed the unit and placed pest-control cubes inside to help keep our belongings safe. That really impressed me because she didn't have to go out of her way to do that. When we went back to the office, she explained every detail of the introductory rate so there were no surprises. She even offered me a bottle of water and my grandpa a cup of coffee. She walked us through the gate access step by step, making everything easy to understand not just for me but for my grandpa as well. I'm so glad my grandpa decided to store his belongings here. Crisna truly knows how to take her of her customers and does everything she can to make her tenants happy. I highly recommend A Family Storage in Green Valley. Now I understand why it's called A Family because Crisna really made us feel like part of the family My grandpa loves it there he has had no issues Thank you Crisna for everything

From the jump, they were responsive, gave me an actionable quote, and maintained communication until the day of the move. I sent a list of what was being moved to make things easier. On the morning of the move, they arrived with two movers, father and son, and a third was on their way. However, when Robert saw the quantity of the move, he cancelled the third mover. To me, that's integrity. He could've easily had the other mover show up, maintain the original (higher) quote, and I would've been none the wiser. They were efficient, friendly, quick, and most importantly, all of the items arrived exactly the way they picked them up. On top of that, we have a duo adjustable bed that they expertly took apart, wrapped, unwrapped and reassembled just the same. Last, they were able to put our furniture exactly where we wanted it. They finished in half the time that was originally quoted. Therefore, I highly recommend AAA Soto Moving and Storage. If we move again, they've got the job.
