I'm having the same issues as everyone else. I overpaid for gas. They haven't showed up to fill it. It's been delayed 3 times now. Can't get anyone on the phone. I've been to two physical locations. I'm out here driving in the rain to try and resolve it. The doors are locked. No one inside. What could be improved? Pretty much everything. Very upsetting and disappointing. read more

Fees, fees, and more fees!! Prices that are twice that of competitors. Customer service is the worst. Switch to or go with anyone else and you will be loads better off. Just be prepared for battle over the fees for the pick up THEIR tank. $299.99 for tank pick up and $119.99 for a service call to pick up their tank. Robbery! read more

ordered propane from them twice and paid full amount both times. Now I'm getting a bill for extra money and they are trying to say I didn't pay enough even though I paid the complete bill both times! Trying to talk to the call center they direct you through is difficult! I know they are just doing their job but it is difficult to understand them and are not really interested in solving the problem that is on their end. I would suggest a diffrent provider. By far the most difficult company to deal with. When you call to get help with billing, you will get a "call center" not in U.S. I have had a discrepancy on my bill for 3 years. If at all possible, I would suggest using a different company if you have the option. I kind of think it has to do with the area I am in. The company used to be called Titan and it is the same people but now Amerigas as well. Save yourself a headache and poor service if you can. read more

WARNING! WARNING!! I was promised that they would buy back my propane when I left. Because of that they talked me into filling tank on their schedule so always full. When I discontinued my account and ordered a propane pick up they again told me they would read tank, lock it off, and credit me for what was in tank (especially since they had just filled it a few days before). They told me they would charge next tenant for what was in tank (which they will do because they did me when I moved in). When I received my final bill in did not include any credit. I called and they say it says in the contract that they don't have to buy back propane if they decide not to. In-other-words I was lied to on 3 different occasions to get me to fill my tank. It also means that they will charge me & the next tenant for that tank of propane. VERY UPSET being lied to and VERY unprofessional of a company. read more

If I could leave a negative star rating I would. I contacted this company on the 20th of December to schedule an inspection and fill up. I explained that I had just bought this house and the tank was below 20%. Today is January 7, two and a half weeks later and I still have not heard from them. Since I own my tank I will NEVER do business with Titan Propane. I cannot imagine how a company with such poor, no nonexistent, customer service can stay in business. Not very happy with these guys right now. My pre buy agreement was sent to the service address which is my second home instead of my mailing address which is my primary residence. I was last here in July and apparently it was mailed in August and I just missed receiving it. I returned yesterday to find the expired offer in my mailbox. I called to ask for an exception but no go. I also asked how I could ensure I received this in the future to the correct address and was told to mark my calendar for next year read more

Cancelled service because we were using another company for our main tank( we have two). It took them months to pick up the other tank, so it sat and did damage to our yard/grass. Then they charged me a cancellation fee of $188. Then a month later additional late fee of $25. I recommend price shopping. They are more expensive then the other local propane co. I use. They also require payment BEFORE delivery. So I would order and pay up front and it could be a week or two before delivery. I don't know if all companies charge a disconnect fee of $188 plus outrageous late fees every 30 days, but buyer be ware. Maybe a good thing to know before you do business with such scam artists! read more

Just a word of warning about this service. I'm not going to rant but I will provide the facts and let you decide. They charge a much higher price than local competitors. They also won't make an appointment for refill on leased tanks without prepaying the entire amount. It takes about 5 days to get service from time of appointment even if you tell them you are at 5%. No exceptions to this. I'm a single parent of 5 and had to shut my heat off and use a space heater to keep the pilot going until they arrived during freezing temps so I wouldn't have to pay an additional $50 to have the pilot relit. I'm obligated to use them because of where I rent but I'm not happy about it. read more
