They never told me of all the extra fees. I have the quote in writing and no where did it mention the "extras." I contacted them via email and told them this was absolutely unacceptable and I disagreed with the charges and to contact me I received a response thanking me for my business. This is a horrible/sneaky way to run a business. Two other home owners were interested in hiring them and after what they learned happened to me they won't bother with that kind of operation. My advice; do not use them.

I hired them for a new basement digout, meaning they upgraded my house panel, and did all the electrical work for the new space: 3 bedrooms, a bath, workout room, and utility room. Table Mountain ended up being the best value option for my specific project. They weren't the cheapest (although they were close), but they def were not the most expensive either. And they held 100% to their initial bid, even though there were some unforeseen things that came up - which is what I was most worried about: getting a low estimate, then raising the price along the way. This never happened. Everyone that showed up was polite and respectful, and they all seemed to know what they were doing. And I am 100% happy with the quality of the work. In fact, when the city of Denver inspector showed up and asked who did the work and I told him, he said Table Mountain's work is always good (and he quickly buzzed through the rest of the inspection - which is a huge relief since inspectors can get very nit-picky if they don't think something was done exactly how they like it). Be prepared to pay exactly according to the schedule, which is reasonable in this industry. They show up on time, and expect payment on time. On this, Robert was firm, and I can't say I blame him. I def recommend them for this type of project.

HORRENDOUS service. As homeowners of a fixer-upper since…read more2020, we have worked with countless electricians, plumbers, etc., and I have NEVER experienced the poor service quality I encountered with Table Mountain Electric. My spouse and I both work very demanding jobs and are typically unable to take external calls during the day. The crew arrived early, I rushed home and apparently arrived about 20min after them, but only 10min into the arrival window, and the crew had left, only offering to reschedule for NEXT THURSDAY. When I called to request more immediate service in line with what was promised, the representative on the phone argued with me, accused my spouse of making errors that led to the cancelled service, and was extremely rude to me; Robert, whoever answered your phone at 2:36pm today needs a serious performance review, because as an HR rep myself, I was absolutely appalled at how I was spoken to after the company made a critical scheduling error; if my staff spoke to a customer that way they would be fired. Talking over me, telling lies, and being an absolute asshole is not an acceptable way to remedy a service issue. To anybody reading this, this company is disrespectful, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I advise anybody considering this company's service to consider if would allow individuals providing such terrible customer service over the phone to enter their home at all. However, I would like to thank the company for showing their true colors before I allowed them to enter my home. Call another company, I sure am!!!
