They recently built a small lanai on a condo project for us in Fort Myers, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Their team was fast, efficient, and extremely professional. They kept the job site neat and clean throughout the project, which is something we always value when coordinating with other trades and maintaining a high standard for our clients. The quality of their work speaks for itself, and they delivered exactly what was promised--on time and without any hassle. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable for the level of craftsmanship and service they provide. It's not always easy to find subcontractors who hit all the marks--quality, reliability, cleanliness, and fair pricing--but Midas Screening absolutely does. We highly recommend them and look forward to working together again on future projects. -- Custom Contracting and Consulting

When one of the roofing workers unexpectedly fell and had his leg go through my roof and into a bedroom ceiling leaving a significant hole. Giza called in Zack and his team to do the repair. They arrived in a short period of time, reviewed the damage. Cleaned everything up covered the hole, and made a list of supplies. The full repair was made the following day right down to the crown molding being replaced. The ceiling looks perfect! You would never know damage had been done. During all the movement on the roof, a hanging lamp became loose. Levi put in a new box and completed that repair. I look forward to hiring Zack and his team in the future for a job that we know has to be done from water damage in the garage. Thanks Again Zack. P.S. Fortunately the worker bee was not hurt.

Sherman and his crew did a great job rescreening my pool enclosure with superscreen. I waited 16…read moremonths from Hurricane Irma after getting the runaround from several other rescreening companies and being quoted ludicrous prices. Aluminum Concepts came with a recommendation from the aluminum and screen supplier, who I know personally. That says a lot. He lived up to the recommendation, showing up on time, getting the job done exactly on schedule, and going above and beyond to repair some small issues not addressed in our contract. I asked about ways to reduce my gutter maintenance, and Sherman recommended gutter guards, which work remarkably well so far - I knew about these, but was hesitant to install them, but now that I see them installed professionally, I get it. They also showed up with all the right ladders and tools. They even had some custom built tools specific to the trade that made the job easier. It's clear that they know what they are doing. I am a trade contractor myself, so I know good workmanship, and I know the challenges that contractors have. Sherman handled everything professionally and gave me confidence to trust his judgment. I'm glad I chose the superscreen, despite the added cost. I don't think I would have made the investment if I didn't hire someone who I thought would back the product. Now that I know they do a whole array of aluminum gutter and soffit work, I'll definitely be calling again when the time comes for further service and installation work. I am happy to publicly recommend this company.
