Everything was done in a very timely manner and Matt's team of guys did a great job cleaning up after themselves. During the demo of the back patio it was brought to our attention that there was a very large extended hole/cave, for lack of a better word, underneath our sunroom. Matt said no worries he could take care of it and fill it in with more concrete. Of course it changed the price but I felt very confident that if this happened with another company it would have really bumped up the price or I would have had to call another company, like one of those companies that lift the foundation and have them come in and fix it before work could be completed. He gave us a preliminary quote for us to review and agree or disagree with. We gave him a 1/2 deposit and they started a day later. This was one of the hottest weeks and they worked nonstop. We had a front lanai put in with a painted floor, door stops were installed, our shed was power washed and painted with some door repairs, our gated property was power washed. They also did some concrete work, power washed our pavers and sealed them. They cleaned up afterwards everyday.
