Fast forward 2 weeks and I drive to west plains from Mountain Grove to our scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, Brian told us they didnt have our tires, they "had a crazy weekend and sold them." He tried to sell me an all terrain tire (for an Acadia?) And when I declined he said he could order the tires and have them in by Thursday. I declined, but asked if he could do the alignment still since I also had an appointment for that, and he refused. So, I drove a block down the road and bought a set of Goodyear (better tires than I had ordered from RNR) and had an alignment done, same day, for cheaper. Save yourself the energy and just give your business to Goodyear down the road.

When we got the car back, we noticed a massive dent but thought perhaps we just hadn't noticed it before (we had just gotten the car not long ago). We started noticing this weird brining smell and sound, for a week we couldn't figure it out. One day I was driving slowly with my window down and could hear this horrible sound getting louder and louder. Luckily I was just about home, because when I stopped and got out to look, it was the brake caliper on the driver's side tire that was not bolted and was scraping the inside of the rim! I drove home slow and had someone take me to get a bolt to fix it. The issue is that our car wasn't being seen for anything to do with tires or anything that required tires to be removed to fix. Odd. We lifted the hood to try to figure out the burning smell a day later because now we are wondering what they were doing to our car. To our shock, the hood latch FELL OFF. Someone had taken all but one bolt out, leaving the one bolt to barely be screwed in with no nut. Now we are mad. They were called and they refused to compensate or make it right. Not but a few days later, my car abruptly quit moving forward while I was driving and it's junk. I don't know what actually was done to my car, but this place did SOMETHING. I don't know why, I don't understand it. It's almost like they swapped my parts with junk or something and were in a massive hurry to put our car back together. They are associated with Hughes Towing, which oddly enough also destroys people's vehicles and will NOT make it right. Avoid these crooks! Especially Gary Hughes, he's rude and thinks it's appropriate to threaten and intimidate women when they tell the truth about his swindling scams!

Also, the wrong brakes had been installed previously on my car (not by Firestone), resulting in my car shaking a lot when I was braking. They were very upfront with me, and understanding when I felt that the price was steep. They showed me the issues while my car was on a lift, and also pointed me in the direction of coupons to help with costs. Everyone I had the pleasure of talking to was extremely friendly and helpful. I will 100% use this Firestone location again! Their customer service was 10/10. My car is back in commission and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
