My daughter needed a tire replaced. They replaced the tire and couldn't explain why the car was smoking. They "looked at it again" and decided she needed $1000 in repairs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS STORE!!! read more

They are incredible, fast, and very good to work with. They have put 4 new tires on my F-150. Then due to an incident they fixed my punctured tire within 12 hours after dropping it off. read more

Went in for new tires, which had a decent price but received car with scuffed, torn up rims and a broken tpms(replaced at no charge). When I approached management with my concerns I was told immediately their machine could not damage a rim and that the damage was caused by curb collision. B.S.! read more

Was scheduled at 4pm they had a problem with a someone's car said it would take hour to get the part for someone else's car before they could start mine. Brought my truck back in at 5pm said it should take a hour and it's currently 6pm. I bet I'll be here til 7pm and I bet they will try to upsell me on some BS. I only came here because it was a last second alignment and rotation need before I head out of town for the weekend. Go to Wichita Tire and Alignment or go to Discount Tire in Derby. read more

I wanted to take the opportunity to compliment the above and beyond customer care I received on Dec. 13th, 2025 from Tire Specialist- Felix Armour at the 3745 North Rock Road Location! It was a windy and cold Saturday evening and after shopping at SAMs, at their closing hour, I discovered that my front left tire was flat. I completely panicked and another helpful customer came to rescue by inflating the tire which would not retain enough air due to a hole that was discovered during his inspection. I, then drove my van to Tire plus but you all had just closed. It was 8:30 pm and Felix Armour turned out to be the hero of the day! Despite the store closing he fixed my tire and helped me get back on the road! I cannot rave enough about this everyday hero! Truly impressed by his expertise and craftsmanship and kindness in accommodating me for this service. Tire Plus just gained another customer! I will go back to this location for my next set of tires! Thank you Felix and thank you Tires Plus for an amazing service! Keep up the good work!- read more

I had brought my flat tire in around 1pm and was told it would be done in 3 hours. I understand if you are low on staff but this took almost 5 and half hours just to get a call. They also didn't mount the tires due to lack of staff. AGAIN they are not closed til 7pm. BTW I only had a nail in 1 tire and I took the tire off...it should take at least 20 mins. Save your time and money. read more

The front desk employee was incredibly rude. My cousin just went in to ask to see if her warranty covers her tires and he kept over talking her. He had a bad attitude. I don't know what his problem is. He needs to fix it. read more

I waited several hours to get a flat tire fixed. When they finally looked at my car they said they could not find the wheel lock key. It was with the spare tire and jack. I left. I don't want these guys touching my car! read more

Worst customer service, worst expertise ever!! Guy made me wait 3 hours to change one tire and one sensor. Once he changes the sensor, tells me I need to buy another equipment to restart the electronics!! Can you believe that!! Still have the light on my panel and can't see the pressure! Worst place ever!!! read more

Yes, I drive a clunker. Guilty as charged. Life is much easier though when you have guys like the ones at Tires Plus around, specifically this location. I've had some major repairs done here and each time, they've done the work fairly quickly and they have excellent communication with the customer throughout the process. They never leave you hanging and I've never been stuck with an outrageous bill. In fact the time I had to have a defective starter (that they installed) replaced - it was done at no cost (yay for lifetime warranty). Felt so good, I decided to have an oil change just to kind of pay something back... Any time my baby and I have to part, I prefer to take it to these guys. I know she'll be back on the road and in good shape in no time. read more

My husband noticed my tires were in really bad shape, as in the only place you are driving is to get new tires. Great, it's 8:00pm and I have a very bus tomorrow. Went on line and found Tires Plus. Was able to pick the tires, get pricing and make an appointment for the following morning. Appointment was confirmed at 7:00am. Arrived at 9:00am and was out before 10:00am. Friendly, honest group of people. read more

While traveling, we had a tire issue. Tire Plus provided prompt service and were very helpful.

If I could do negative stars I would. Made an appointment online for 1 o'clock. Seems pretty simple. Showed up at 1 o'clock and they said online appointments only works "if they look at it". Unbelievable. read more

Called to check on a trailer tire, they had one told me to come there. I arrived roughly ten minutes after my phone call, a guy told us to back up to a bay and that he would fix it, sat for ten minutes only to see him get in his car and leave and when my husband went in to see what was going on they told us no one would be able to fix it! Would not recommend this place. Wasted trip! read more

I called to request pricing for new tires on my Mini Cooper. They beat other tire places in price. Dalton was helpful and answered any questions I had. When I dropped my Mini off for the actual tire placement, everyone was friendly and the service was fast. The price was exactly what I was quoted up front so no surprises. read more

These guys are incompetent! I had a ball joint barely hanging on that was broke and they told me everything was fine with my truck. I tried to drive it to another repair shop since they said nothing was wrong with my truck. While driving the ball joint broke causing a lot of damage to the front end of my truck. I'll never go here again. read more

does not follow costumer wishes. they sell you a grease/ lube package and then "forget" to do it. Paid to change spark plugs and had to remove center console, mysteriously everything in the console was the same way it was left so that tells me they never moved it and probably never changed the spark plugs, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE read more

Tired to scam $1,060 out of me because I was a 19 year old female. Told me my ball joints were bad so I had my vehicle inspected by my mechanic after I got it back and they were perfectly fine. Would never go here again because I was refused service after I wouldn't spend a grand on cheap $26.99 ball joint parts. Also overcharged me for a oil change and treated me like a retard that didn't know anything about oil changes. read more

the bandwidth of the service area is limited at best. This store only mounts new tires (THAT THEY SELL YOU). If you bring in a tire that needs mounted and balanced...you will soon find out that you are at the wrong tire store. They don't do lift kits or leveling kits...so save yourself a trip (and take your 4x4s elsewhere). read more

I have bought several sets of tires here and as far as that goes, whomevere has the best sale wins. However, don't go here for service. I tried using a do it yourself A/C charge kit to fill my cars airconditioning system and ended up over filling the system. I took the car here so that they could properly evacuate the system and correctly put back the proper amount. Keep in mind they're using my freon and keeping the excess. They tried to charge me for a complete recharge by billing me for my own freon. When I called them on it the sales manager tried to tell me they don't know how much was put in. They put it in by weight with their machine they use, that's why they can correctly put in freon. Of course they know how much they put in. When I brought this up they waved the freon charge and charged me for labor. They should have credited me for the excess freon they kept but at that point I just wanted to leave. If you go here, make sure you shop around first and know what's going on or they'll take advantage of your lack of knowledge. read more

I have been using them for years. Only one time I had a problem with an alternator that kept going out but they finally got it right. From oil changes to brakes and tunes ups they have been my first place to go to. Tires Plus on West Kellogg seems to have a knowledgeable staff that cares about getting it right at a decent cost. read more

I called on a Sunday, needing just an oil change. I had already been to and called several locations asking for how long the wait was, etc. I called these guys and asked if they could fit me in. I understand Sundays are ridiculous because a lot of places are closed. He said he could fit me in and I said oh good because I just need an oil change and that doesn't take but 10-20 minutes. The guy literally SNORTED on the phone and condescendingly said that oil changes do NOT take 10-20 minutes. Now I understand the wait time may be longer, but I have news for you....Mobil1 in Manhattan, Kansas changed my oil and filled my tires with air in about 20 minutes and that was with someone ahead of me. That's the usual. So to the guy who snorts at his customers, I give a one star rating. read more

After three hours of waiting and watching i had to put my old tires back on and drive home! I watched as they could not get my new tires balanced but still put them on? I had agreed to all the checks and up grades they suggested then they tried to make me feel & think I was causing problems because i requested that they go back to fix the balance issue! I have been a longtime TiresPlus & Hibdon Tires customer and write this as a sad note of current problems. I set up an appointment for 3:00 pm on Monday and showed up at 15 min. till. The young man that i spoke with on the phone had suggested upgrade in tires, i agreed to look at them & compare to what i requested. The acting manager was less than thrilled to give me any info and showed an air of "I'm too busy for this" attitude. Then got in my face with the same attitude when i told him the tires were not balanced. He yelled to the shop that they had to redo the tires, then went to show me how wrong I was, but he could not get them balanced properly either. I was told he would get a new set of tires. After another long wait I was told the tires had to be ordered from the warehouse. All this after i thought i had a 59 min. guaranteed appointment, they never said it's going to take awhile or Sorry, the manager and office staff spent 2 hours ignoring me. Only when I requested that they put my old tires back on did they want to be helpful or discuss the problem. I now need to find a new tire dealer that I can trust will look after my auto safety issues and not their bottom dollar only! read more
