This was the worst experience I have ever had with any mechanic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more On October 22nd I went in for an oil change unaware that came with a free inspection. At first I was happy but once I saw the recommendations were fluids and simple filters I opted out, the manager immediately cut me off and opened the door to yell at his guys to "Pull the land rover out"... After a few minutes my car was ready to leave. I immediately get blasted with dust and dirt all over my cabin and hear a terrible grinding noise. I turn off my AC since I was late to get back to work. After doing some reading I decide to peak into my filter before going back to them since they clearly caused some type of damage only to find they had installed my filter upside down which dumped a ton of dust and dirty into the clean side of my air system AND they had stuffed about a cubic foot of lint/debris into my blower fan ($3000 repair by the way). I have picture and video evidence of all of this. These dudes are the lowest of the low. Avoid!

However, I gave no approval for the "diagnostic testing" that cost an extra $161.24. For this reason I will not be returning to automotive service in the future. Sincerely, Tim Bolen

In turn this left me feeling misled. As a female customer, it can be daunting to approach major automotive undertakings and when I expressed my concern about the experience, Mike demonstrated the highest level of integrity and expressed his regret for the miscommunication. In many other service experiences, I've come across businesses and employees that will deny and gaslight customers to defend their errors. I recently brought my car in for a major scheduled service, which included replacing the spark…read moreplugs. While performing the work, the mechanic discovered an unexpected issue that required ordering extra parts. Because they had to wait for the parts to arrive, the repair took all day rather than the estimated four hours, which was a bit frustrating. However, the shop went above and beyond to make things right: they stayed open past their closing time to finish the job so I wouldn't be without my car overnight, and they kindly provided rides to and from the shop. Once finished, the service was thoroughly documented, and the final price was very reasonable. Despite the delay, I am very happy with the quality of care and dedication from this team. Highly recommended!

Over the past 10 years or so I have brought all of my vehicles to Myers auto... I can't even count…read morethe number of cars to be honest with you... Normally, I have dealt with a service writer named Ben at the Andover location . Ben was always extremely professional, friendly and fair. I have the absolute highest respect for Ben in fact. Unfortunately, I guess he is no longer at the Andover location... In late May of this year I brought in one of my vehicles for a sagging parking brake cable. I told the service writer what the problem was and wanted to know what it would cost to get it fixed. That was it.. I left the car with them and when they contacted me back they had looked at every fluid, filter and tire you could imagine. I only wanted to know about the parking brake cable. I was told it would cost over $500.00 to replace a cable that only cost about $180.00, or I could pay $178.00 to have it zip-tied up to the frame. I said that in that case I would just come pick up the car in that case, but i still owed almost $200 bucks for the 3 minutes it took to zip tie up the cable...I know your time is valuable and I would gladly have paid $178 for your labor to replace the cable but saying that it cost $178.00 to diagnose and zip-tie a sagging cable, which I pointed out in the very beginning?? That is a job I could have done from my own driveway... It seems a bit excessive... Anyway, long story short, I realize I had signed your work order and I was responsible for the bill so I paid it, but I will read the fine print more closely next time.. Nonetheless, This latest experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and in the future I will be taking my 5 different vehicles elsewhere... Thank you for your time and for giving my this chance to air my complaint... I sincerely wish you and service centers continued success, but you have priced me out of your customer pool. I really miss the old service writer (Ben)... I have a feeling the outcome would have been much different. It was great customer service that made me a regular... Times are changing i guess... Good Luck

Tracy's Automotive is a trustworthy place. My husband and I have had multiple positive experiences…read morewith this business. I took my car in to a large chain business who changed my tire and put a bent rim back on even though I had a new one there for them to replace it with as well as sold me 2 new tires that were still very good (they were both at a 6, obviously I have educated myself on tire tread since then) They also let me drive out of their shop with a loud noise coming from the tire they were working on and never mentioned it to me. My husband told me to call Tracy's and I decided to try them out. They were very honest with me and kept me updated on the progress being made on my car. They were the ones who found the bent rim and said they didn't feel comfortable with putting me back on the road with a tire that didn't have a good seal. The loud noise ended up being a broken strut which was fixed and rides like new again. How that could have been missed by the other company is beyond me. They took good care of me, found the needed parts as quickly as possible, and their prices are fair. The fact that I was not taken advantage of as a female means a lot to me. I will definitely be making them my go to automotive shop.
