Review 7: I have been without my car since January 2025 and it is now February 2026. I still have not received any update from anyone at TiresPlus on the status of my car being repaired. Mr. Lee S. responded to my sixth review with the same message on previous reviews informing me to email socialcare@bfrc.com. NO ONE is responding to my emails! NO ONE has contacted me after calling customer support. Aside from these yelp reviews, the last contact from anyone was September 21, 2025, from J.R. in corporate and I missed his call but have been calling back, leaving messages and sending emails. Brought in my car for a front end alignment. I was told by manager that they wouldn't touch it because it was too rusted and they were afraid one thing would domino into too many others, etc., etc. The car is from Ohio and it does have some rust, minor at best, but it's all surface rust. So, I took it across the street to Discount Tire to get a second opinion on the alignment. Great group of guys over there btw! I told them nothing other than I wanted to get an alignment check before buying tires. The tech brought me out to inform me the toe alignment was a little off and the adjusting nuts were a little rusty. He sprayed them with penetrating oil and adjusted the alignment to within spec. With no issues. They were not too concerned about the rust other than stating that if the nuts did not break loose the tie-rods would need to be replaced. Because the manager of tires plus would not try anything at all (Just try first). They then listed everything related to the front end as "Does not meet design specification. worn" yet did not show any signs of wear or excessive movement, as stated on their report, I will not be going to this shop for anything at all. I've driven cars with "excessive wear" on the front end and you can feel it when steering. It's all over the road. My car drives straight and tight. No wondering over the road. The short of it is: If you're near Lilburn/Snellville area, go to Discount Tires at 4945 Stone Mountain Highway! Great guys! read more

VERRY UNPROFESSIONAL. Niko or Nico told my grandma that he will make the technician take longer to finish her tires because she was frustrated that he started on her car and stopped to do someone else's. I have not experienced this kind of unprofessionalism in my life and i had to go in there to correct him and told him that was not professional at all. He gave me the same attitude and treatment as he did my grandmother. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

Be careful with your car repairs as there are companies like this who use deceptive means to earn an extra dollar. I took my car to have a nail removed from my tire. It was suggested that I replace them since they were under warranty. I know it wasn't needed,but I was like why not. I was fully aware of proration and tire disposal fees. Although I could have took my used tires with me, I was ok with the charge. I was upsold on a wheel alignment, as there was a sale. I asked the price and was cool with it. ( I knew the price didn't include tax). I suspected something wasn't right when instead of handing me a receipt, I was told it was emailed. I open the receipt to see an up-charge for shop supplies. I asked what is this fee for and I'm told the $15+ is for supplies used such as the paper they place on the floor to keep your car clean, and the weights used during the alignment. The shop response was you should have know, as everyone adds extra fees to their service. And companies wonder why they aren't trusted. read more

ZERO stars. Been a customer at this location for a very long time. Management was always helpful and responsive. I have 5 family cars and a work truck, gave them a lot of business. Recently under new manager who has demonstrated he doesn't care about customer service or retention. Had to order a tire for me, didn't have it in stock. Called twice to check status of the tire. Not here yet. Checked again today. They don't make that tire anymore. Nobody bothered to call me. I am taking my vehicles somewhere else. Do not waste your time dealing with Jacob, by far the worst manager I have ever dealt with. I see this location closing soon if they keep this up. I made an Appointment 3:00pm at this facility for wheel alignment. My car set on the rack inside the facility for approximately a hour. I went to the staff to inquire about the status of my car. The staff informed me that the two front tires were warp and that I need to replace them. At no point the staff came out to tell these findings during the time the car was idle with no technician performing any inspection before my inquiry. read more

Each time I've visited Tire Plus for my oil changes, as well tire rotation I've had nothing but quality service. My appointment was at 8:00 am on Monday, when I arrived my car was taken into the work area shortly after, about an hour and half later my car was ready. Very professional staffed, ready to answer questions at any point. read more

This is rip-off place. Whatever you do, avoid it. I went there for an oil change that was quoted to me over the phone at ~$63 and they tried to charge me more than $150. I had it done the same day at a Toyota dealership down the road for $65. Today, my wife went there for a battery change. They installed an $82 battery and charged her $205 for it, plus an installation fee. Add to it rudeness of the "GM" and inefficiency of "mechanics" and you get the picture. read more

Tires Plus Lilburn is a scam. Tires plus tries to bait and switch tires. The way their scam works is they post a sale online and when you arrive they say they dont have the tires so they try to make you buy more expensive tires, I warned my wife they was a very high chance they were scam artist. When she arrived at the Lilburn store. They as I said, told her, they didnt have the tires and pushed more expensive tires, Avoid this new store like the plague. read more

I used to like this place so much I had their number in my phone. Service always took longer here than elsewhere but I thought it was worth it. No longer. Had a flat I needed patched. They said it was unrepairable, but how about a new tire, or two, or four, with roadside assistance, and lifetime alignment, etc.? For the dollar amount they quoted me, I could literally have vacationed in the Caribbean. Went down the road to the Pep Boys tire place near Burlington Coat Factory. The tire took 10 minutes to patch, install and balance. After shelling out $21 I was on the road again. Bottom line is, other places will fix a flat--with absolutely no attempted upsell--which Tires Plus claims they can't fix. This is the second time that that Pep Boys on 78 has been there for me when I needed them. I'm not going anywhere else. read more

And witnessing an employee pull right into a parked customers car, I had to tell them to line my Truck up and balance the tires.The employee was smiling and laughing as he shares hitting a car when parking a small Saturn. . They said they balanced my tire and did not, I asked to replace a break light and it was never even looked it, when I asked about the repair, it was on the ticket but they did not have a break light, so they just ignored the repair, I will never return to this location, they just don't care read more

I have been here twice, first time for an oil change and second time to replace my tires and get my air conditioning fixed. Only drawback I have experienced each visit is wait time. Other than that, I am completely satisfied. Services were performed correctly and nothing was pushed on me that I did not need. Val assisted me on my second visit and he was very helpful in matching a competitor's price for tires and fixing my air conditioning issue at a minimal cost. I am very happy so far and will make this my go to place instead of the dealer. They also have wifi and a decent waiting area with TV, coffee, and soda vending machine. Went to change my all 4 tires on Mercedes c230,1 day prior to traveling out of state from GA to NY Went to shop at 11 in the morning choose tire set and they had to order it so have to come back at 3 pm afternoon.went and gave my car and told me they will take one hour so i decided to wait.waited until 5 pm and went inside the service area and found out that Mr mechanic put wrong rim on wrong place as My front and back rim size was diff..idiot did not even noticed until he put 3 tires and noticing during 4th as he messed up with the bolt groove and and because it was wrong size he drilled the hole bigger ..task starts from all over and removes all tires and changed the rims and its 7 pm and 2 rim they had to left without 2 bolt fitting as both groove was drilled bigger,and also they cant do alignment now because its closing time but a reason given that system is down in computer so come back next time and we will fix both bolt groove and alignment (1) lesson no one is they are not professional mechanic or else he would have not made a mistake on rim size (2) lesson no 2 is wait time is whole day if you go to this location and task is un done at the end of the day as I had to drive from GA to NY with 2 less bolt on my 2 rim and no alignment after new tire so by the time I come back to GA after 2000 miles my new tires will be gone read more

Have gone to Tires Plus for many years now (only for tires). However, this particular experience is one for the books. I dropped my tire off at 10:30am on a Wednesday and was told that I was going to have a new tire by he end of the business day (nail on the wrong part of the tire). This was not the case. Friday, I was finally called to get my new tire. Communication between the workers and I was nonexistent as it pertained to the status of my tire. Now, I have been to this same location and have had 4 tires replaced on my car due to normal wear and tear, and it was completed in a day. It is totally not safe to ride around metro Atlanta (a place with so-so roads) on a donut. I had no excuse given to me from the workers on why it yoo I so long and barely got an apology. I would have been okay had I was told or had been communicated with along this process. I won't be back. I will stick to the dealership. read more

I wanted some really good tires for my truck, so Val recommended the Firestone Destination LE. They cost more than brand x, but worth it. They are nice and quiet on the highway and have a good tread pattern. I got an alignment and front brakes, also. I have been running them for more than two years and I drive 300 miles a week and they still have good tread. I opted for the road hazard warranty. I ran over a piece of metal on the way to work today and had a flat. A brand new tire and oil change was less than $50.00. Awesome! read more

Booooooo. Went there for some new tires and was happy with the service. Went back for new tires again and an alignment. The messed up the alignment because the tires were balding on the inside real bad. Went back and they stood by their work and replaced the tires and redid the alignment. That was cool and I really apreciate that. Problem is they still couldn't do the alignment correctly so I went back before the tires went bad again. The guy I was dealing with all the other times wasn't there any more and the new guy was trying to charge me for a diagnostic check and all that . Then I look at my last receipt and I already paid for that and it was within a month of the alignment. So I told him about himself in front of his staff and customers and so he humbled himself and waived the charge to look at their own work. What a guy? So he stated the alignment was out of wack and they re aligned it. Well they didn't and I took the car somewhere else and they got it right first try. Don't trust you families safety at the hands of these hacks. It's not worth it. read more

Dropped a tire off that had a leaking valve stem. Was told to come back in 30 min. Came back and picked up the tire. Went and put the tire back on and found out that it was STILL FLAT and STILL LEAKING. They had done NOTHING to this tire and gave it back to me. Took it East Stone Mountain Tire and the valve stem BROKE OFF in the guy s hand. It was fixed it for me in 5 minutes. What a complete waste of time and total incompetence. Take your business to East Stone Mountain Tire if you want a simple job done right. read more

I had been going to this place since '04. Always trying to sell me things. Sometimes I resisted and sometimes I didn't. But the last time, AND I DO MEAN LAST TIME, I went there, (09/14/13) this guy tried to tell me I needed a part on my car because the part on my car was 'cracking.' I was like, what? Let me see what you're talking about. By the look on his face, he was taken aback and when I saw what he was talking about, I can see why. It was some kind of belt that had perfectly even marks on them as if it was made like that. I told him it looks as if it was made like that because it's perfectly even and spread apart. Wouldn't wear and tear cracking be more disheveled and out of order? He didn't even look me in the eyes but just said, let me show you how it's supposed to look and I told him, once again, that's the way yours is supposed to look. How do you know the way the manufacturer's is supposed to look? So he went on to say, it could go in about a week or so & cause a lot of damage to other important parts. I wouldn't take a chance on causing more damage. I left without getting the suggested work done and went to the manufacturer to let them look at it and, as I guessed, he said it was perfectly in tact. Imagine trying to scare a customer to spend money that I definitely didn't have to waste on something I didn't need. SMH After spending thousands on buying countless tires, oil changes, brake jobs done over the past ten years, I AM DONE WITH ALL TIRES PLUS because as of 03/2016, 2 1/2 years later, I still have not experienced the catastrophe that this employee assured me I would face. Now I look back on all of the suggested work I let them do & wonder how much money I'm out due to them scamming customers. Wasn't me patronizing your business enough?!?!
