Got gas there after picking up and something was wrong with the nozzle of the pump on the southwest corner of the station (had some fuel in when picked up and didn't shut off immediately).

If you are going here for something other than oil changes, that is unwise; you may as well throw your money in a barrel and light it on fire. Cons: Up-sell - They always try to scare you into buying something else. They are obsessed with selling air filters. One of my cars had less than 1,000 miles on it and they said I needed new air filters! They also love to sell the "in cabin" air filter. Just politely say no thank you. (lack) of Full Service - I pay for the full service that includes vacuum car and clean windows. They vacuum about 50% of the time, and do a bad job. They clean the windows about 25% of the time, and only do windshield, and do a bad job. Why do I keep paying for this? Only a few bucks, and sometimes they get it right. If you want someone to kiss your @$$ and give you free coffee, pay twice as much for an oil change and go to a premium car dealer (BMW, Mercedes, Infiniti, Lexus, etc). Then schedule and take a few hours out of your day to do it. Then.....you will still get the up-sell that you need something like brake fluid flushed.

During this last awful visit to the dealership, they told me I needed a new car battery and that it was "in the red zone" so I better do it soon. I decided to bring it to Rosslyn Automotive to get it checked out. Not only did they not charge me to check the battery, but they were honest and told me I didn't need to change it until it takes a bit too long to start (probably when it gets colder). They also gave me a fair price (just parts plus $10 for labor) for when I do come back to get my battery changed. In short - I'm sold, I'm switching where I take my car to next time!

The representative I spoke with was incredibly patient and helpful. She answered all my questions and let me know they had a 3:30 PM appointment available--which she kindly reserved for me (just an hour out). I arrived about 30 minutes early and let the front desk staff know there was no need to rush since I was ahead of schedule. Even so, I don't think I was there for more than 45 minutes total! Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. They even showed me a photo of the damage to my tire and clearly explained the repair process and cost. Highly recommend Mr. Tire--at least at this location!
