The owner is a jerk and they sold me a warranty and refuse to honor it! please do NOT give this man your hard earned money!

This is my second time in today for the same service . Neither one of the white men seem to be concerned about my issue of vibration in my front tires and my alignment being done correctly . I purchased a 12 month alignment plan along with rotations . It does not appear that rather of those things have been done . I asked for a print out of the alignment done and of course I didn't receive anything . As soon as I put my vehicle back on the road , the alignment was worse still had vibrations in the wheel and I did nit receive the print out I requested . This has become an all day job to expect work to be done as requested . I don't get oil changes at this location anymore because I paid for an oil change back in November and they did not put any oil in my vehicle , which caused my engine light to come on. This could have destroyed my engine . I am not recommending this place to anyone . When I came back to report that I paid for an oil change , the manager just looked at me and told me the former manager no longer worked there and that he would take care of my concerns for that day ? He didn't offer a free oil change for what happened or discount any of my services , very unprofessional on his part especially since businesses should want repeat customers . The manager had the audacity to tell me that the Machine they use didnt do this to my rims & that it wasnt worth his time to file a claim on my "already messed up rims" uhhhh yeah they are messed up because YOU FUCKED THEM UP. I made an appointment ahead of time for my mother to take her car to get an oil change here. I picked this place because of the affordable $35.00 29 point check and 30 minute guarantee they had. My appointment was made the day before, which gave them plenty of time to know someone was coming in. I called twenty minutes before to double check the appointment and even mentioned my moms name to ensure that she got the deal that I had booked. My mom got to the place and they told her it would be $65.00 to get the oil change after they had already taken the car back. We drive a Honda, so that's an obviously ridiculous price. She denied the price, saying that I had told her it would be $35, and the manager HAGGLED with her despite having a price already arranged. My mother walked out of the store because of how ridiculous they were being, and the manager CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER ON FILE and begged her to come back, promising a lower price. They eventually settled on $25. The manager claimed to have "not known" that she had an appointment. What kind of company doesn't check the people that come in for their appointments? What difference would it have made anyway, if she didn't? The fact that they tried to charge her $30 more than what the site offered makes me think that they have scammed their customers before, and have no issue with the ethics of it. Although they fixed the disagreement, I have an issue with the managers willingness to try and work more money out of my mom than their price had advertised. It's unethical and wrong of a business to try and take advantage of their customers. Next time, I'll stick with the Precision Autocare $18.90 deal-- which I don't even need an appointment for. stopped by after work around 6pm. most of the lights had already been turned off. there was 2 guys left in the store. I asked to have my tire repaired. the manager stated that he doesn't have a tech to do a tire repair, he stated that he could do it that he hadn't did a tire repair in years. I totally felt like hey just wanted to get out of there early. they had no regard to make the customer happy, so here is your review sir, I wished that I could have left a zero as to that is what you truly deserve. read more

The vibe in this shop is just all around bad. My mother and I USED to take our cars here, but the manager is just unbearable, constantly unpleasant towards customers and employees, always changing prices and being unclear and the work itself is just inadequate. There was a few times I tried calling up there to talk to someone and I'm always told the manager went home early? Just unprofessional and not where I would want to spend my money. read more

Looking for an honest mechanic? Keep looking. We brought our car here for some work, and they told us we needed to spent about $400 for new rear brakes. We took it to another place, who was going to do it for $100 -- but they said the rear brakes were brand-new and did not need any work. These guys are crooks. read more

This Place is the absolute worst. Please do not go here if you value you time, money and life. I went here to get an alignment on my vehicle after getting some new suspension parts put on. The first out of three guys that touched my vehicle had no clue as to what he was doing. To start he test drove my car with the emergency brakes on, then told me I needed some brakes. He thought the caster adjustment was the camber. He made excuses not to adjust the camber and then said he would test drive it and I would be good to go. I spoke with his supervisor and told him I was not paying in which he proceeded to do it himself. 2 hours later I'm finally leaving and my steering wheel isnt straight and the car is pulling to the left (car was not pulling to any side when I brought it in. Next day I drove to work with plans on bringing it back to them that evening. Before that could happen, As i'm backing out I hear a pop and i notice my passenger wheel is leaning with extreme camber. I get it towed back to tires plus to find out that bird brains didn't tighten the camber adjustment. Things could have gotten real bad if it would have slipped out of adjustment while on the road. They covered my tow cost and had a third guy attempted to realign my vehicle. He says my cars is ready and I ask him if everything is good and He says you wont be having that problem again. I told him thats not what I asked, I asked if every thing was good. And he proceeds too tell me that the steering wheel was not straight but he was sure that it was like that already. At this point im really feed up with this place and get in my car to drive home. On my way home I notice a rubbing sound when I make left hand turns. When I get home I get out to look and to my expectation, they still did not get my alignment right, not only is the car still pulling to the left, and the steering wheel isnt straight but now they have the caster so far off on my driver side, that the back of the wheel is almost touching the fender well area. And when I turn left, the tire is scrubbing the fender well. So now I am still in need of an alignment. This place is terrible and I advise everyone to stay away from them. Not one, but three mechanics touched my vehicle and all of them were sorry and or incompetent. There is a good chance that one of them will work on your vehicle if you choose to go there. read more

1 star but should be 0 stars , they wanted over 1600.00 to fix my AC . I took my car to shop in Kennesaw and the cost was 398.00 to fix the AC . I showed the mechanic the tire plus statement on what tier plus wanted to charge me for and he started to laugh .I didn't need almost anything they were going to charge me for . they might be ok for brakes and tire but I will never know because I will not ever give them a chance. be careful and get a second quote you could save a lot of money and yes my air is ice cold read more
