The repair wasn't cheap but it did come in well under the estimate. My cars' issues were accurately diagnosed and correctly fixed. I'm quite happy with my experience. Btw, don't let the appearance of the business or the neighbourhood discourage you. I consider it a positive thing when I'm not being overcharged just to pay for a shiny new facility. The people were friendly and professional, and the shop area was clean and efficient. I'll definitely return when my next repair is needed.

But they charged me a lot of money! This place is not trustworthy and if you have a high-end car, they will charge you based on that high-end car and not fix the problem. I am not sure what the problem is with these people (maybe they don't like certain people) but something is suspicious about them. I contend that they didn't switch out the parts and just charged me for that issue because you will have the same problem. You can take your chances with them but I would look into another place to avoid the risk. I am not sitting here and the problem has gotten worse. Although I called to complain yet again, they were comfortable with me just contacting the authorities to try to resolve the issue. Make up your mind about using them, but in my opinion, I wouldn't. "They won" in my case, but caveat emptor (Let the buyer beware). Your money is hard-earned so go to someone you trust. Or, just take your chances!

This was not something I was willing to pay, so I took time to research other local shops in the area, who may be willing to repair it using my own part. My dad found Redline Exhaust & Tires online and called to request a quote on my behalf, and the staff provided a range that fit my needs for labor. A few weeks later, after the part came in, I came by on a Tuesday morning after calling to ensure availability and pricing. The staff was friendly and provided the same range they told my dad! This made me feel confident that they were fair and could do the job. We were the first client of the day. The owner came out and got my part and took my car keys and invited us inside. Another staff member came out to confirm with me before the work was completed and provide the total. After I confirmed I wanted them to proceed, the part was replaced in less than an hour. The owner showed me a video that proved that the part was replaced. The staff was so nice and friendly and I saved SO much money. The labor ended up costing under $200. I was so grateful. I will be back the next time I need my brakes done. They do not repair everything here, but I would trust them with the issue I had and the services they offer. It's been about a month, since the repair and I have not had any issues or check engine light on.
