placed wrong tires on my veloster ultimate turbo dual transmission. needed a low profile tire with 19 inch wheel base , they put tire on that door panel showed, to use. what they took off were low profile all season 19 inch base. with receipt and alignment specifically saying do not use that size from veloster N . bought car brand new , almost totaled it two months later february 2020, tires replaced to low profile 19 inch base, per dealership 2019 veloster turbo ultimate dual tranny. went back to tires plus, barely room in wheel wells , refused to do anything insisted they put correct tire on, i i called my dealership these tires are rare and hard to find would need to special ordered, the employee would not listen, to my concerns, since free alignment , car handles badly, like driving on balloons . the sticker on car door ledge was not the tires on vehichle , they had 3,000-5000 miles left on them. going on a long car trip so just replaced them... the manager in this store was rude , obnoxious, would shout over what i was trying to say and said he was done, he was very wring this particular tire with low profile 19 inch base, very hard to find, i do believe they sold those tires for personal profit and put my current ones on, two big for wheel base or tires to turn. the tires were replaced after accident , with 500miles on car. did not recover the code on door for approximately three months , and drove around without a vin number for three months. i wanted to order the special ones that were on when i brought car in... the manager was an asshole and treated me like an idiot , the low profile tire with 19 inch base very rare and hard to find for my veloster , very few were made bought in 2019 , december , crashed in february 2020. this man child insisted i was wrong, but i know i drive our with ugly fat tires and scrapes on the rims from installing, as far as alignment , specifically says on alignment form do not use velosterN 18 inch . the alignment and tires effected entire vehichle . i did not drive over winter , a little over 1,000 miles on tires, brought in today to try to figure something out... discount maybe order correct rare tire , the man disagreed over snd over again, offered no solution, and treating me like a dumb bimbo. i saved money but wrong tires , i thought were the correct ones.. they are not , the dealership will back me up. as i said unique car, special tires, the manager refused to listen and was not even believing they had put wrong tires on my car. the veloster turbo ultimate dual transmission , only made a few and do not make that year anymore. the service was awful, the front end alignment not effective as wrong tires placed on car.. i was treated like i was an idiot i saw them take off my older tires and pry those huge tires on my car, now difficult to steer and rims are scraped up .. do not use this store , they lied to me and i was treated with no respect. after some swearing and asshole management , telling me i was wrong i stormed out of there.. the workmanship was poor, rims destroyed and no offer to compromise, i will never return or recommend this store , they were rude , and there workmanship sucked, customer service did not exist, tried to say
dealership trying to rip me off, no tires plus did! they took my low profile tires and sold them, i was not charged for low profile tire replacement because they installed a regular tire with wrong size wheel base . I would never recommend that store and that staff anywhere near a sports car .. they were clueless ! my dealership will attest to the kind of tire that was on there originally , now i know why i was charged 0nly 573 $!for four tires , the low profile .19 inch rare , veloster tires were almost 400$ s piece . i will never return, and or refer any friends to that store , sincerely D whittaker read more
