The short review, don't let these idiots touch your vehicle! I am not sure why I have to give them…read more1x star, they don't deserve even 1. My aunt (who has zero mechanical skills) had overheating issues with her diesel & was stuck at the side of the road. For the sake of this review, I will call our mobile tech "Moron". Moron came out for roadside assistance, and somehow deduced it was the fan clutch that was causing the overheating. He missed the fact the radiator was completely packed full of oil and debris that was caused from the blow-by overfilling and spraying onto the rad which started the chain reaction of buildup, which was causing the overheating, not the fan clutch. He replaced the fan clutch - charged her for the rad, which he never gave her, and of course the fan clutch plus his time. This was over $1K. During all of this, my father and his brother who works on these 24 valve diesel engines, had over the phone determined the exact issue but still Moron would not listen, proceeded to tell my aunt she was good to go and could now drive across Canada and it would not overheat. She made it about 20-25 mins down the road when the vehicle overheated. At this point she limped the truck to a car wash as advised from my Dad and cleaned the debris from the rad, which allowed her to drive the truck normally with slight overheating until she was able to get the radiator properly cleaned out. So in short, if Moron would have A) listened to the phone consult and waited until the vehicle cooled, he could have cleaned the rad/taken it to be cleaned. B) changed the radiator even though it was fine, just plugged. C) had any mechanical knowledge whatsoever, and came up with his own way of truly solving the issue, she would have been able to continue and the issue would have been resolved, and I would not be spending my time writing this. Good luck to you if you do need any services from these clowns.

In early December my truck started having trouble starting and eventually wouldn't start at all. Up…read moreuntil that point, we had never had an issue with it. I had it towed to HUFFYS only to be told they wouldn't get to it until the new year. Once they did, they diagnosed it as needing a new high pressure pump. They replaced the pump and told me it still wouldn't start and thought the new pump might be faulty and had to run more tests to cover their ass so they could get warranty on the faulty pump and get another one. A few days later they called me again and said the new pump actually wasnt the issue and works fine but now they had so much pressure in the lines that they blew the lines and needed to replace those as well as it needed new batteries. They charged us almost $5000 and we picked the truck up and drove home. Less than a week later the truck has the exact same issue and wouldn't start. I called them back and asked if they could have it towed back there and they said no that was my issue to deal with. He said well you drove it for almost a week didn't you? It was less than a week but for the amount of money we spent, the truck should have been fixed. Also the few days I drove it, the weather had warmed up a lot and it seems to be cold starting is the issue. My husband then phoned him and told them it's their responsibility to fix it as we paid them to fix that problem. When I got back on the phone the mechanic Rob told me we need to take 20 mins and calm down then call him back and then he hung up...Also during this time period keep in mind, we brought 2 more of our trucks to them for minor repairs. One they charged us almost $700 and the other one I had asked them to replace the sway bar bushings for which they did a bunch of other stuff and didn't do the sway bar bushings and charged us almost $2000 and gave the truck back in such poor condition that is now undrivable. The steering is fuc**d. I brought that truck back and he said maybe something happened to it when they had put it on the hoist? But again it's now my issue. So back to truck number 1...they looked at it again and called back and now said they think there's water in the diesel and they can fix it but it would be an additional $800 for them to drain the tank. I said if it's having the same issue now that it had when we first brought it there then why did they charge us $5000 for the high pressure pump?? He said well it needed that anyways. We spent almost $10 000 total and not only did they not fix our trucks but gave them back in worse condition then when we brought them there. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic and would never recommend this place to anyone!!! If zero stars was an option that is what they would get from us.

My car (a 1946 Jeep) broke down 10 miles out of Princeton. We were towed in by ABBA Towing (highly…read morerecommended!) to Huffy's, a bit outside the town of Princeton. The part was hard to find - 69 year-old parts are not an every day item! - but once the part arrived, Ken Huffy did extremely fine work, finding several smaller problems other mechanics and I had overlooked. His communications were excellent, and the work first-rate. The Jeep now runs better than before, and I would be very glad to recommend Huffy's to anyone!
