They took the time to teach me what dry rot was and how to prevent it, even walking me over to my sadly dry rotted tires to show me what to look for. Appointments scheduled online or via the phone number don't seem to exist in the store, and the store manager appears to be a figment of someone's imagination. I got a flat tire in the morning on Memorial Day. The guys at Tire Warehouse not only agreed to see me within 30minutes notice, but took my donut off and put a new tire on within 20 minutes. I scheduled an appointment on line. I received an email confirmation of my appointment. I showed up for the appointment, and the agent at the front desk did not have me on the schedule. I showed him confirmation of my appointment, including that it was the correct date, correct store, and correct time. He said "I don't always get those confirmation texts or emails", and they did not fit me in. Didn't even acknowledge that it was their problem. The appointment was scheduled on their website. Now they are full for weeks, as are all the local tire shops, because we had our first snow. I'm out of luck. read more

The bottom line... they fixed a puncture from a roofing nail and when I came to pick up the tire they said "you are all set, it's on us, have a great holiday weekend!" Now, I am a periodic customer over the years so they had a record of my prior visits including that I'd bought a few rounds of tires from them over many years, but my last visit was probably four years ago given pandemic, work from home, and a new car around that time. I hadn't bought this damaged tire from them. Anyway, it's a bit of a downer to get two holes in the tire of your primary car and have to deal with it on a Saturday morning at the start of a holiday weekend. Tire Warehouse made it a whole lot better -- They were pleasant to deal with despite being very busy including joking and laughing a bit with me at the front end of the transaction as we laughed about "two nails!?" -- and then making my weekend a whole lot better by comping the repair and even waiving me off insistently (but with a smile) when I said "thanks but I'm happy to pay and especially appreciate the quick turnaround." read more

I called a week ago to request that they order snow tires for my car. They said they could fit me in on "next Friday". Fine. Unfortunately, the Monday before my appointment I had a flat. I called and asked if I could reschedule my appointment for Tuesday (three days earlier). Billy, who obviously has the competence of a 2nd grader said "SURE! We can fit you in at 4:00 tomorrow." GREAT, RIGHT? WRONG. On Tuesday morning at 8:00am I had my car towed to Tire Warehouse. I neglected to leave my key in it, so I took it over on my lunch break at noon. Billy, again, took my key and said, "We'll have it done by the time you're off work." (Which is 5:00pm) At 4:00pm Jen called to tell me that they don't have my tire in stock and won't until tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10am............This means ANOTHER day in $40 Uber fees, ANOTHER day affecting my work schedule, ANOTHER day of Tire Warehouse's incompetence. I then called, and the person with red hair answered the phone. He said, and I quote, "Yeah, well there really isn't much we can do about it so..." At this point, I told them to put my donut on and I'm taking my car to the dealer tomorrow. Unfortunately, Tire Warehouse pissed around the whole day so I couldn't get them on today...........THE FIRST DAY OF SNOW. Moral of the story: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. The price off a new set of snow tires was affordable, and the the installation charge was $10 cheaper than my regular mechanic, however I was up-charged an additional $148 for four extra services that I never authorized, including "road hazard coverage" - $84, and tire recycling fee - $22 (I was keeping the old tires). When the sales associate refunded the addition charges he indicated that the computer added them on to the total automatically! Word to the wise, schedule an appointment or drop your car off, and get a complete break down of the total before paying. read more

We aren't from the area, but started to experience trouble with one of the tires on the car we had borrowed. We stopped in to see if they could help, and they had us pull right in, and within minutes had the tire off the car to assess what was going on. I had never been to tire warehouse before, but every time I called they answered the phone, were patient and friendly, and were able to get my new snow tires installed the day after they arrived even though it was the peak of snow tire changeover season. They're open 7 days a week, and they have a new customer for life! I'll be bringing both of my vehicles to Tire Warehouse for snow tire changeovers going forward. When I've bought tires online in the past, I've faced some annoyance from my normal mechanic. I get the feeling he would rather I bought the tires from him for way more money. Went there yesterday because one tire had a slow leak. They insisted I needed a full set of new tires - for about $1000. Went to the Honda dealer today. They found and fixed the leak (a screw) for $39 and said there is another 10,000 miles of wear on the tires. Beware. read more

I made an appointment on their web page for a winter tire change-over this morning, and arrived to discover a very long line at the counter (weather reports show a storm warning). By the time I got to the front of the line I had learned that the reservations made online are just ignored, and that the soonest they could fit me in was nine days from now. I will say that the guy behind the counter was handling the many stressed-out customers with decency and humor, but there is absolutely no reason why the company should have a web site for reservations if they don't honor them! There was a woman who checked me in who was very kind and professional, while I waited an elderly lady came in to have her tires checked for air they filled ver tires up... No charge. Don't waste your time. I took my car here to get 2 tires replaced and my experience was okay. A few weeks later I got a flat tire and I tried to make an appointment with them and got a confirmation text and the screen said the appointment was confirmed, but when I arrived the guy said that my appointment request wasn't accepted and he can't do anything... Even though I was the only customer there. I tried making an appointment again and the same thing happened. The man was extremely rude and their online system to make an appointment is completely useless. I have been going to Tire Warehouse for years and have always appreciated the friendly service and great savings. I went in on 10/10/2019 to have my tires rotated, filled with nitrogen and balanced. They informed me that the two tires that were on the front had suffered weather damage and needed to be replaced soon. They offered me a good deal on a slightly used set, but most of all they did not charge me for anything! Great company, great people, great savings, and great choice! read more

I researched snow tires. I found some I could use on the Tire Warehouse website. The website has an option to request an appointment online. I did. I received an email stating that someone would contact me to confirm the appointment. Nobody confirmed. A week later, I received an email asking if anyone had contacted me about my appointment request. I replied and told them I had not been contacted. I was then informed that this was escalated and I would receive a call the same day. My phone number was in the email and it was correct, but nobody called. I tried calling them, nobody answered and I was calling during their business hours. I went elsewhere. Later in the week, I drove by Tire Warehouse and saw that all the service was being done outside with hand jacks by people bundled in coats and gloves. I can't say if they do good work or not, but I didn't like the setup. read more

I used to go to Discount Tire when I had one nearby, and as far as I'm concerned, it was the gold standard of tire shops. However, I don't mind coming here. Every time I've needed a service, they've been more than accommodating. Their waiting room isn't anything to speak of, but if they're not busy they'll chat with you. They have a small TV now though. They usually have a few coupons on their site. Often one (usually higher end) tire is discounted or buy 3 get one free. The tire selection of what they keep in stock is a little lacking though. I think they can order most tires. The rates are on par with what other places charge, depending on your coupons it can end up being cheaper (my new set today is costing about $80 less than buying the tires online even, due to a special). I've never had a problem with their techs. Some of them are a little casual, which could be off putting for some, but I don't mind. If you come early morning, its usually a very quick service, but during fall or spring changeover it gets busy. (They don't take appointments but you can call to see how busy they are in advance. ) It'd probably be a 3.5 star place, but the management is great and they're open on Sunday so I'm happy to push the rating to 4. read more

So I have returned again to this location for my tire needs! All I can say is wow! So I went down this past Monday around noon to get 2 more tires changed for me. They took my car in with out question. Gave me what I wanted and delivered it quickly! So long story short. I had to have 2 new tires for my car to pass its inspection this coming month. I seem to go through 2 tires about every 6 months for some reason. (Yes they get rotated and what not. I just like cheap tires I guess :P) So they took my car keys from me. They matched the 2 new tires with my other 2 that a pretty much still brand new! It was that simple. Hand the keys over and they take it from there! They quoted me about 45 minutes. I have 3-4 people in front of me so thats really not bad at all! So I went ahead and waited it out at the shop while they did it. While they did my car I got into a convo with one of the shop guys who works at the front desk and another customer! All very friendly convo. Helps the time pass quickly! I even went out to check out the car a few times and their employees are not shy at showing you whats going on! They will answer any question you may have. So the price was still the same as last time! for 2 all season tires for my 2004 GrandAm it cost me a grand total of! $180.57! That includes everything! All I can say is...Cheap! I have done some price comparing and no one stands up to their prices! Its just a fact. Plus if you do find someone they will match and beat that price anyways! So this price is very fair! So when its all said and done, after about 30 minutes my car was done! As I went outside to take a look at the tires the mechanic even checked all of the air pressure in my tires before I left! Making sure they all match. This location offers a great service! So yeah the shop is out doors and maybe it doesn't look the greatest. Still, at the end of the day these guys are very professional, good at what they do and care about their customer base. So with that said you would be dumb to over look this location for your tire needs. They are GREAT from start to finish until my car leaves their lot! This is very hard to find in today's world! I don't often write these, but was compelled after my second recent experience there. VT is a pothole minefield and I nailed a doosie and bent a rim. I called and said to just drop in. Within 10 minutes they had it banged out (steel rims are the only way to go in the winter) and they didn't even charge me!!! Very nice and helpful crew there. read more

I've used them in the past and have had some luck. Last time I tried them I made an appointment. There's even a link here on Yelp allowing someone to make an appointment with them. When I arrived for my appointment, they were busy. I was told they don't honor appointments unless they have time. My word. That's the entire principle of making an appointment, to make sure the place where one is going has time. The man working the counter actually told me to take my car elsewhere. In addition, it doesn't look like the employees are treated well, at least during snow tire season. They stand out in the cold and the slop and work really hard, especially when it is busy. I can't imagine they are well compensated and I'm guessing when it is busy they are putting in a lot of extra time. I don't like supporting a company that doesn't treat employees well. read more

Poor customer service. In to buy an entire new set of Yokohama Geolanders. Mechanics placed 2 new (still had visible nubs from manufacturer) on treads and 2 OBVIOUSLY worn tires, though I was paying for 4 new! Manager argued with me regarding the life of the two used tires; one clearly methed out uninvolved mechanic interjected him using profanity towards me. As I was on the phone with a competitor in the outside lot, manager comes to me and apologizes profusely: he'd just checked the usage if the tires on the computer and "they have been road tested." Yeah...duh, buddy. I had the tires removed and my old ones replaced so I could go to Tire Kingdom to spend $600 and get better customer service for my dollar and peace of mind. I found Tire Warehouse to be a shoddy outfit with an unprofessional crew of mechanics. If a manager is willing to argue with a customer what recourse is there when a customer has a complaint?! Tire Warehouse loses; Tire Kingdom and I win. My quote for tires were a little more at TK but after discounts and manager refunds I paid almost $60 less! My word of mouth and two cents: TIRE KINGDOM IS TOPS; Tire Warehouse is not. read more

Great customer service. I tried another tire place that was closer to where I was staying and they would only sell me a pair of replacement tires even though I only had one flat. Here they first checked to see if they could patch the flat. When they determined and showed me that the damage was not repairable, they offered me tire options from what they had in stock. Total time from entering door to have a new tire was 30 minutes. Waiting area was dirty but didn't bother me much as I was not sitting there for long. read more

I went there to have our snows mounted on our car. Everyone there is super friendly. It feels like I'm family when I arrive, all the mechanics seem to be having a great time at their job and enjoying what they do. A few weeks later one tire developed a slow leak. I brought it back to them and they discovered a nail in the tire. Fixed: free! As part of that our TPMS warning light was lit up, but didn't reset properly. They investigated and found the sensor to be broken. Our fault? Maybe, maybe not. Either way they fixed it for free with no hassle. It's rare to feel so "taken care of" by a service place these days. I had a good experience here a couple years ago getting new tires installed on short notice when I got a flat, so after deciding on the brand/model tires I wanted for new tires this year, I found a great price online and called Tire Warehouse to see if they'd price match the online price for me... After telling me they would only match the online price including what the online company would charge me for shipping, I mentioned that I might as well just order them online then since there would be no tax... which is the major benefit of ordering just about anything online. Well the moron at Tire Warehouse tried to tell me that if I ordered my tires online and didn't "file it with the IRS and pay tax at the end of the year" that I would be audited so I better just buy my tires from him. Really, you guys think your customers are that stupid lol?? That's just nonsense... there is no federal sales tax on internet purchases. You only pay STATE sales tax on an internet purchase IF the company has a physical store in your state. Some redneck in a tire store talking out his ass about my taxes, what a joke... Threatening your customers with an IRS audit isn't the best way to make a tire sale lol... I laughed at the guy and hung up the phone. Will never deal with this business again. I needed new wheels for my All-Season tires, so I ordered them at Tire Rack and had them delivered to Tire Warehouse. I had never done this before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I called to make an appointment. The person I spoke with was friendly and got me an appointment for a week out to allow for shipping time. When I arrived, Tim and John were behind the counter. The guys are funny and have a great attitude. My new wheels went on the car right quick. My wheels needed a special key to install the lug nuts. Even so, I was out of there in about a half hour.
