I've used Tire Warehouse in Brewer for many years. From the first time they saved me money on snow tires, and the time they corrected another dealership's mistakes, and the alignment yesterday, they have been courteous, hard working and professional. Other tire shops have "bait & switched" by having tires listed on their website that they do not stock. Another local place that pushes repair services when all you needed is tires. went to tire warehouse in brewer last friday to have a brand new $300 rim put on. paid $40 to have it put on, they gouged the new rim and stole $100 dollars out of my center console (i had $300 total that i was bringing to the bank) they folded up the other $200 just as it was and tucked it back into the center console, most likely assuming it was emergency car money and i wouldn't notice for a while. i went to the bank immediately from tire warehouse and was shocked to find only 4 of the 6 50's i had two hours ago. called tire warehouse immediately and left a message with the assistant manager for the manager vinny to call. he didn't. the assistant manager told us to come see vinny in the store saturday morning, arrived and was told he wasn't there but i could leave my number again. he never called. went back monday morning to discuss the money and gouge. i didn't expect any compensation but needed to make a complaint about the stealing and the damaged rim in person. he was definitely not happy to see me, or deal with the complaint. lots of gaslighting. told me if his techs wanted to steal, they could pocket the money from services, not steal from peoples cars. said "i am sorry for the experience you want to believe you had." "i am sorry you want to believe that." i know that should have brought the money to the bank before dropping my car off, but i had a naive trust of it being more of a corporate chain vs sketchy neighborhood mechanic/ somewhere we've done business with for several years. but i'd definitely recommend doing business somewhere else if you don't want people checking your center console for valuables and then the manager basically laughing in your face for even wanting to mention the theft and damage of property to him read more

Some Brewer Tire Warehouse facts. 1. They will sell a tire as old as 9-years-old as new. 2. As they are selling you some really old tire (say, it has been in their warehouse 7 years), they will not say "Hey, this is a really old tire, is that OK?" 3. The manufactured date, Tire Warehouse printed on the receipt, was wrong for each of the two tires I bought. 4. You really want to get your eyes on the build date stamped on each tire before you let these guys mount the tires. In fairness...they have offered to refund my money for the crazy-old tires I ended up with. They also offered to take 60 bucks off my 300 dollar bill because the tires are so old. I have been buying tires from this company since the early 80's in Mass and NH. Went to this one in Brewer for a tire plug in 2017 and waited over an hour then got charged over 40 dollars. Today I needed new tires all the way around and they told me the best they could do was two days, never, ever has it taken more than 45 minutes at other locations. I pulled in and there were 4 employees standing around watching one guy change tires. Well they just lost a very good customer, in Lowell Mass when you pull in they are starting right away, no appointment needed but not here. 2 tires should take 20 minutes, corpotate should know about this. I always went to TW because of this amazing speed, I called Belfast and they said they could take me anytime but that is 30 miles away from where I am. What a shame, I never thought I would miss Mass but this I do miss and I will never step foot in another TW. Sitting at Walmart up the street, they took me right away...good job TW Brewer read more

Needed my winter tires put on a few weekends ago and they got me right in! Won't go anywhere else for tires!

I should have looked at these rating first. Called and ordered 4 tires for my fifth wheel camper and made an appointment for a week later to have them installed. I called the day before my appointment to confirm they were in and my appointment was still on. Hooked up my camper the night before and got up early to head to town for my 8AM appointment. Half way into my 30 minutes drive, I get a call telling new the tires aren't there. Thankfully Sullivan tire, one of their competitors and the place i should have called from the beginning, had the tires and fit me in that morning. Very bad service at Tire Warehouse. Will never use them again. read more

Manager too busy texting to help customers. Very rude to customers. Didn't do the service I took my car in for even though I waited over an hour. Had to go back again. Care more about getting your money than providing quality service. Don't stand behind warranty. read more
