I made an appointment took the car to them. 15 minutes in. I was told I needed new brakes and rotors. The manager Kyle showed me in the shop the rear brakes. I asked if we just put the pads on with the pass at first he said no then he said for $100 they would do the pads and that the car would pass. I told him to give me back my car and I would take it somewhere else. So to add insult to injury, I was charged an additional $10.

Plus, there had been a bunch of cars hitting deer that afternoon & evening due to the temps dropping, so the tow trucks were slammed with work. Nonetheless, PJ from Simmons was kind enough to drive me and my sad little Mini Cooper all the way to Wappingers Falls where the nearest Mini dealership was located. And, I made my friend's 50th birthday party weekend. Thank you to Simmons and especially a huge shout out to PJ for your generosity and going the extra mile (or 50, as the case might be!).

The brakes weren't the original appointment. but when I asked they said they would take a look! They called me before they did any brake work and explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done as well as the total price!
