I feel obligated to report Unfortunately that changed with the purchase of four new tires and the interaction with the current manager Rich B. A Three time come back for tire issues I received a call accusing me of hitting a curb or pot hole bent my rim. I did not hit anything but he was adamant of convincing me I did. I was told to come get my car and hung up on. I showed up, the manager willingly gave me his business card, Gave pictures of the rim bent on the inside refusing any customer service offers for the fact that I had recently been in reporting the tire light was on again, had an inspection done at the same time and No reports of rim damage to any tires. I brought that to his attention again he told me to leave or he'd call the police. I merely upgraded tires to be safe and it was costly to do so. I feel not only me and my kids safety but the community's was also put at risk. The cost of being held responsible for fixing their mistake will be as costly as the purchase of four tires. A mom of three right before the holidays this is very upsetting. Disappointed I am back to searching for a consistent reputable service station.

All day long. This is the place to go. I don't know why anyone goes to a dealer. My Toyota dealer…read more(doesn't matter which because they all stink equally) during my free routine service told me I needed new tires and quoted me a high number. Went to Labarges. They told my nope. My tires were good. Another routine service. The dealer said I needed new brakes. Labarges agreed, but half as expensive. Most recently. My fan was making a weird noise so I thought they might cover the repair since I was at 40k miles, just outside the warranty of course. They also noticed my state inspection was overdue. Had to pay the dealer a $189 "diagnostic fee" to discover it was just acorns clogging a filter so I needed a need filter and of courses the acorns removed. $21 for state inspection which is failed because I didn't realize this, but I had two chipped taillights (my daughter is 17 and I'll leave it at that) so I'm $250 into the dealer and they tell me it's another $700+ to repair the taillights. So I stop at Labarges. They tell me to go to a junk yard or eBay and order a left inner and a right outer tail light and they'll pop them in for me. $155 on eBay brand new. And I happened to have a slow leak so they said that the sensor is starting to go, it he cleaned it up, but the aluminum sensors are garbage so they wanted me I'll likely need to replace them eventually. Charge to replace the headlights, cleanup sensor, and repair slow leak. $50 because it took them 30 minutes to do all that work. They charge you for the time they spend. A novel thought no? For anyone looking for a mechanic, why go anywhere else? They saved me over $1,000 on my most recent visits from what the dealer wanted to charge me.

The building has the feel of my hometown mechanic and the issue was handled as it would have been at home, right down to the product manufacturer. There is a 12 month, 12k warranty per their website. The manager in the store, John, was made aware on 3/3/26 (under 5 months later) of the warranty issue when my vehicle was disabled while my kids were in it due to the AXLE BREAKING. I just stopped by the other day to get some gas, and although the pump I originally stopped at (and another nearby keypad) didn't have a working keypad, I chose to move. I found it best to enter my alternative ID for my SpeedyRewards card and the keypad is vital to this entry. There were at least two pumps that were like this when I got there (pumps were located just to the south of the building but on the side facing northbound close to the building (both pumps on that side - in that direction). When I got inside to pay for my $10 in gas, the employee asked me for my rewards card. I knew that giving them the rewards card inside wouldn't hurt things (when trying to use an attached Cash-Fuel Card (for three cents off per gallon), but I figured "sure," I'll play that game. Nothing became of that, and as normal, I gained nothing from that addition of my rewards card inside. (I don't use my cardboard rewards card as much, but I have one.) (I mean, I have the fuel card attached to my online account, and I have the passes on my phone for both, but having knowledge of the fuel card pass which one of the other places told me is auto-connected will send things thru directly. Suggestion: When I give you my cardboard rewards card, could you tell your company to auto-connect these two cards together if they are attached online like the phone passes?) After moving my car to the pumps just to the north of the building, things went rather smoothly. The pump acted normal (although it slowed down sooner than others and I stood outside in the cold weather (when a winter storm was preparing to make it's way to where this station is and up into the Northeast and out to see). Normal pumps generally start to slow down by the 70 cent mark before the full dollar, but this pump slowed down by the 60 cent mark and added another 10 seconds onto the time - time I could have more well-spent traveling to my destination. Ok, but I'd rather stop at other Speedways, if given the opportunity.
