Just an aside, one of the mechanics stepped inside the waiting room, asked how I was and offered me the wifi connection. When my iPhone didn't want to pair the password, he typed it in for me. You could of already had me with the supermodel behind the counter, but they had to top it of with being : 1) Knowledgeable 2) They followed my OCD instructions. 3) They reassured my paranoia by writing notes to the mechanics on the wheels themselves. 4) They arranged with TintMax next door to pick up the wheels and load them in my truck without me being there. I was 80% sure that most technicians would install at least one wheel on a staggered setup to rotation backwards. But they installed them perfectly. No scuffs or scrapes to the wheel after install. If I could give them negative stars I would. These guys shouldn't be offering powdercoating…read moreservices - they seem valid at providing quick tire fixes or replacement options. They are outsourcing the work and not even remotely worrying about the quality of the finished product. Their solution to a bad finish is "we can take em back and redo them". Nah fam - my time is way too valuable to be messing with you guys and this redo stuff. This review is based on few things: + they are going to tell you they can turn them around in 1 day... it's a scam to make you think they are going to be of high quality. + the first time they turned them around I noticed lots of running paint that was dried up. + they claim that nobody powdercoats the outer barrel of the wheel yet they advertise wheels that are fully powder coated inside and out. They literally gave me back two tone gradient wheels and didn't bat an eyelash -- the audacity + on the redo I gave them ample time to make sure they provided me with a high quality job only to receive a job worst than the first job. + $150.00 to repair rashed/bent wheel + powdercoat seemed pricey.... For the quality of work, I'd pay $50/wheel -- I'm being generous with that number. These wheels make me want to vomit + take a look at the images I posted so you can get a good idea of the amount of blemishes on these newly refinished (x2) wheels. $653.02 after tax for this job. I'd rather pay a fifth grader this money to give me a splatter job with house paint lol. I'm laughing straight to the bank with this one... can anyone say CHARGEBACKKK?!?! THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT OFFER PROFESSIONAL POWDERCOATING SERVICES. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM -- I learned the hard way ‍ THE END.

Before entering the shop, I was driving past the neighborhood surrounded by warehouses so I thought to myself "this is crazy shady." I drove in on a Thursday around 1PM and the job was done in 30 minutes even when the shop was packed! There was a waiting room for customers and it was filled with candy, snacks, and drinks (so thoughtful). I can't say enough about this business. I know the bare minimum about cars, but the team members took their time to explain to me what I needed to get done. The information provided by Sheng--who is attentive, detail-oriented, and hospitable--was critical to making my final decision. After a week, I took my car back to the shop to get an alignment done and also change the tire sensors. They were fast, friendly, honest, and provided quality service.
